I stayed at the ibis Chennai OMR for the past couple of days (From 25th Feb to 27th Feb) and the stay was so pleasant and comfortable. Mr. Ponirul, room-keeping staff, made our stay so enjoyable and relaxing. From the moment we arrived until departure, he exceeds expectations. Exceptional room service with a commitment. He was really kind, courteous and willing to attend any request. The rooms were spotless and the facilities were well maintained. He was quick at his service so professional and such a trustworthy person. An efficient staff who excels at personal attention is a must-have for a luxury hotel like ibis. He is one of Extra Miler to ibis Chennai OMR... Much appreciated to Ponirul

It was an official trip for two days however absolutely amazing stay with Ibis OMR. Special thanks to Salil reservation ***ager who helped me a lot to book the room as per my preference also thanks to Duty ***ager Soumalya and j Jose(if I'm not wrong) and all the FO ,restaurant, HK for wonderful hospitality. Thank you once again team Novotel & Ibis OMR.

The property didn't live upto the expectation of being a 4 star hotel. The rooms were small and seemed more like a lodge than a hotel.
