Room cleanliness is bad , most plug points were spoilt and there some lights not working too , we came in late and had no choice to make do as we were so tired to change room , I will never stay here again

Worst experience foe 4 star property nothing good washroom worst ac more worst in summer changed room but ole night n day sweating only. Will never suggest any one after 6 hours of argument rh3y changed th4 room but other room was as worst as first

Rooms are good and quite spacious, and location is good. Ample parking space. Ac dsnt work properly and the lobby and other areas are worn out and old and need facelift.

One of the most horrible hotel i have stayed so far. The bathroom hygiene is pathetic, the ac doesn’t cools, the rooms are completely worn out, no maintenance at all, the the reception folks needs multiple reminders to act on a request which even they purposely gives deaf ear. The kind of price i have paid, this hotel absolutely doesn’t deserves.

I won't recommend this hotel to anybody. The lounge has a musty smell. The room that we were given was smelling musty and I asked for the carpet to be removed and the floors to be mopped and the room to be sprayed so it smells fresh. After this was done we realised that the wifi wasn't connecting. I called for a technician who came and opened the trap door only to have all the water cascade onto the floor. We had to be moved to another room where the whole mopping and cleaning process had to be done again. Then to our dismay the AC started throwing out hot air. The toilet was leaking and the whole bathroom stank. We have been offered another room. The breakfast was pathetic there was only one waiter who couldn't cater to our needs. It's pathetic when you pay for services that aren't offered and the holiday is spoilt.

Extremely poorly maintained hotel. The reception was lousy. One has to park their own car at the rear of the hotel and then carry their luggage to the reception. The rooms are old and paint chipping off walls. There are hundreds of cockroaches in the room. The air conditioning was horrible and didnt work so the room was stuffy and extremely suffocating. The food is terrible. Looks like they re-use left over food for the following day's meals. Staff is unattentive and work as though their are doing us a favour.
