Really great place to stay. Nice ambience around, all staffs are very polite and helpful. Breakfast was tasty and I tried lunch and dinner as well. I highly recommend this place...

I stayed with my mom for three days at Kolam. As we were two women, I picked this place for safety and homely atmosphere especially for the favor of my elderly mom. As expected it was a pleasant stay. All staffs were very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to our room attendant. Breakfast was very delicious and rich. Moreover, we enjoyed food and shopping in walkable distance.

These service apartments were clean, well maintained, and the staff was very friendly. My return trip home was delayed because of a cyclone and I was thankfully able to extend my stay. The staff helped me with getting food and water and the the apartments were a safe haven during the storm. I would recommend this as a safe and affordable stay in Chennai!

Prime location, quiet and clean ambience. Cozy accomodation with all required amenities. Good breakfast as well. Lot of eateries near by and is almost near to elliots beach. Friendly staff. Pretty much everything is available in and around, if you plan for shopping.

Staff at Kolam were accommodating and friendly. We enjoyed our stay at Kolam. Rooms were spacious, breakfast choices were good and tasty. The location is very convenient with access to shopping, food and other amenities,

We were accommodated in The Kolam annexe. The stay was unpleasant. The rooms were unclean and the bathrooms were positively dirty.We didn’t have any food options. Parking was on the road. Not value for money
