The rooms do not match the photos that are advertised here. It's much smaller, and facilities such as fridge do not exist. More so, the room we were checked into the first time had dirty bedsheets. There were strands of hair on the linen and stains on bath towels. We asked reception for a room change, which they accommodated, but the second room had hair on the sheets as well. At this point we were too fed up to move out again so we dealt with it.
All in all, had a bad experience with Premier and won't be staying with them again.

The location of the hotel is perfect of you are looking for somewhere to go and an have a few drinks/socialise. The hotel is located on the brewery quarter which has many restaurants and bars. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and knowledgeable.

Loved our stay in Cheltenham, due to personal circumstances needed a comfortable, issue free stay and it lived up to that. Staff were so lovely.

Spotlessly clean room. Bed really comfortable and bed linens smelt very fresh. Warm welcome from reception on arrival. Bathroom spacious with lovely shower gel and soft towels. Great views from 4th floor. Mini fridge handy and was silent. Great stay

Central spot. Smart looking building. Friendly welcome. Prem plus room off a lovely smelling corridoor! Clean, spacious, quiet, comfortable. Nice coffee, tea, water, and choccies (so worth paying bit extra). Checked out in a hurry when staff were busy with breakfast so please note our extractor fan was broken - room 438. Also, water temp at 0800/0830 ran from freezing to scalding at times; that really needs attention.

Lainey was so nice and welcoming and did her job so well! Amazing staff, rooms were absolutely amazing! Just what I was looking for me and my friends had a lovely sleep thank you Cheltenham ❤️
