"อยู่เหนือสถานี Central นั่งรถไฟสะดวกสุดๆ ห้องประเภทนี้ที่จองไว้มีขนาดใหญ่และกว้างขวาง มีโซฟาแต่ไม่มีผ้านวม พื้นไม้. สิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกดูเก่าไปหน่อย เครื่องปรับอากาศก็ล้าสมัยและแผงควบคุมบนผนังก็แบบเก่าเช่นกัน ฉันไม่รู้วิธีปรับ โชคดีที่อากาศไม่ร้อนหรือเย็นเมื่อฉันไป และเครื่องปรับอากาศก็ไม่ค่อยทํางาน ห้องน้ํามีขนาดเล็กและโต๊ะเครื่องแป้งแคบมากและวางของได้ไม่ดี ฝักบัวอยู่เหนืออ่างอาบน้ํา ราวแขวนผ้าเช็ดตัวอุ่นโดยอัตโนมัติและได้รับการตอบรับเป็นอย่างดี อาหารเช้าไม่เลว"

"We had great time at the Gothia Towers. The dinner in Heaven 23 with sunset view was the highlight. Easy access from and to the airport with regular bus stopping only 150m from the Hotel. Would stay here again👌."

"It’s my second time staying at the hotel. The Hotel located in a very convenient location, has a secure underground car park. Services is Very Good , staff are friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The prices are very reasonable. Many Thanks for help and efforts Bishoy Obaid"

"Really nice hotel in a great and convenient location, spacious room. However booked for 4 people, received confirmation from trip that the booking was made for 2 adults 2 children upon check in only 2 adults and 1 child on the hotel booking. Hotel receptionist argued no solution offered, we had to put 2 single beds together so could be used by 3 people. Lobby bathroom not able to be accessed after checkout as its keycard controlled- be careful if you wait a while for onward travel etc."

"Stayed for one night only but wouldn't have minded staying longer. Room is well-lit, small but comfy and definitely fine for one person. Breakfast was pretty good and had a good variety of options, just a bit crowded (understandably so because I think all bookings include breakfast by default). Luggage storage is free but not super secure; the front desk locks the storage room but then you place and take your own bags from inside, so there's nothing stopping someone else from taking your bag. Location - need to take a bus to the train station; also not much in the immediate vicinity."

"The hotel was super safe, the location was absolutely perfect. I went here for a short three day vacation. The service and stuff were absolutely fantastic. Everything was smooth, everything was run using high-tech systems. The lobby was beautiful and there was plenty of amenities available. The only negatives that I would recommend for them to improve on is first of all to have a system or telephone in the room so that we can call the reception. The other thing is that rooms that are king size bed are actually two single beds that are put together which can be quite annoying sometimes. Other than that, honestly, I can’t complain much. I would definitely come back here again. I would highly recommend it for anyone visiting Sweden for a few days for business or pleasure"

"โรงแรมดี สะอาด พนักงานน้อย ฉันได้ห้องพักส่วนตัวพร้อมห้องอาบน้ำและห้องส้วมส่วนกลาง ห้องพักมีตู้เย็นและทีวี ผ้าปูที่นอนสะอาดดี ฉันไม่ได้ใช้ห้องครัว ห้องน้ำและห้องอาบน้ำสะอาด ทำเลที่ตั้งสะดวก มีซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ตอยู่ใกล้ๆ หน้าต่างห้องพักมองเห็นถนนคนเดินที่เงียบสงบ ข้อเสียอย่างหนึ่งคือไฟเพดานใช้ไม่ได้ แต่มีโคมไฟเล็กๆ สองดวง ดวงหนึ่งอยู่เหนือเตียงและอีกดวงอยู่เหนือโต๊ะทำงาน โดยรวมแล้วฉันพอใจกับการเข้าพักครั้งนี้"

"ไม่เป็นไร เตียงเดี่ยวเล็ก 2 เตียงถูกรวมเป็นเตียงขนาดใหญ่ 1 เตียง เตียงและหมอนนุ่มมากจนเพื่อนร่วมงานและฉันคอแข็งไปหมด! อาหารเช้าค่อนข้างหลากหลาย และพนักงานเสิร์ฟก็ดีมาก! เนื่องจากอยู่ใจกลางเมืองจึงสะดวกมากในการนั่งรถรางไป Gothenburg Convention Center ประเทศนอร์ดิกที่มีการบริโภคสูงเช่นนี้ราคาก็ไม่เลว!"

"Tyvärr började vistelsen med en chock. Vi hade bokat ett rum för 3. Men rummet var bara fixat för 2. Inga sängkläder eller handdukar till den tredje personen. När vi började bädda ut bäddsoffan dök två silverfiskar upp. Inte så trevligt, men jag gick till receptionen och de städade om rummet, fixade bäddsoffan och handdukar. Som kompensation fick jag ett presentkort på en övernattning på valfritt hotell inom ett år."

"We arrived at 7:30 pm and were told we got a room “upgrade”. The room was small so we really wondered what the “original” room looked like. The bed had stains on the cover that was laid under the mattress which didn’t look good. We went down to the lobby and found nobody present. We moved on to the restaurant, it was 8 pm. Half full and we were met with the wonderful advise that they were closed for service. This was Friday May 16th and the menu board was still at the entrance door to the restaurant. We went back to the reception and queried why the restaurant was not serving dinner at 8 pm on a Friday. The receptionist looked dumbfounded and told us it usually serves dinner at least until 9 pm but she took no action to assist us except to say we could walk fir 15 minutes to the Aveny, a street with lots of restaurants but could not suggest any close by. We ended up going to, as it happened, a fantastic restaurant right around the corner called Le Pigalle on the top floor of, we guess, a competing hotel. Fabulous meal in a restaurant that knew how to treat their guests. In short we have regretfully no positive things to say about the ProfilHotels Opera in Gothenburg. Gothenburg was fantastic but when we return we will definitely not book at the Opera which is overpriced for the standard and service they offer. Total waste of money at this venue. Regretfully we did not bother to take any pictures of the place as it is nothing we wish to remember about it."
