"The hotel’s location is excellent—just a short 10‑minute walk from the train station and very close to the scenic highlights of the old town. This made exploring the area both convenient and enjoyable.
In terms of amenities, the water pressure / water saving mode could be improved, as the outflow was rather weak and not very comfortable.
On the positive side, the breakfast was outstanding, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options that made mornings a real treat."
"Kraków is truly a beautiful city!
The hotel’s location is excellent !Suituated in the Jewish Quarter, very close to the Old Town, and extremely convenient for getting around.
The breakfast was delicious, and I especially loved the room’s skylight design ! it was absolutely beautiful and made the space feel so special.
Highly recommended!"
"I booked a room for my mother. Thank you for allowing her to check in a bit earlier – it was very helpful and much appreciated, as she didn’t have to wait in the lobby.
Overall, everything was good. However, there was one issue: there was an empty white bottle left in the room (it looked like a used vodka bottle), and there was no drinking water provided, even though the photos showed two green bottles of mineral water included in the room"
"Good hotel with an older charm. It’s next to the main train station in Krakow and a less than 5 minute walk into the centre of old town. The breakfast is nice, only issue is it is right next to a busy tram stop and they’re a bit loud if you want to leave the window open at night other than that enjoyed my stay."
