"The Deluxe King room is large and comfortable and more space than the standard room. It also has a large toilet/shower. There is no bin the toilet, had to use the one bin in the bedroom. There are some amenities such as toothbrushes and soap but hidden in a small black tray in the corner of the long table below the TV, under the mineral bottles. If room is not bright because the curtains are not fully drawn, you would miss it which happened to my group. We booked 4 rooms and none of us knew there were toothbrushes provided, some of us went out to buy. One of us only discovered the existence of the tray the next day! Also, there are 2 TV controls and no instructions on the back of the controls nor in the room on how to operate the controls; one is for switching tv on/off only and one for controlling channels/sound. Had to approach the counter staff who then came into the room to explain. It would be much more pleasant experience if the counter staff just give a mention about where these things or how to work them at the time we were checking-in, and Before we have to ask. On the Sat night, there was some disco music playing from a distance away where the sound is not audible but the base beat-by-beat vibrations could be felt in the air even though all the windows were shut and locked down, and this went on the WHOLE night and gave me a poor sleep. I was surprised why this happened as I chose this hotel because many reviews from guests say the Milano hotel has good sound-proof rooms. I later discovered gaps in my windows even when they are shut and the gaps are not filled-up/sealed in room 208! Thankfully, the horrible music did not play on the Sunday night. I could put up with the other inconveniences which are minor, but if there were to be sound disturbances throughout the night, having the gaps in the windows was disappointing. Positive side, I like the availability of water to top up our tumbler at the front office area, besides the 2 bottles of mineral water in the room."

"Hotel location is good, clean and safe surrounding. Walking distance to Kluang train station (about 6mins) and also walking distance to some famous local food coffee shop, fast food restaurant too. Room is clean, provided with refrigerator and hot shower."

Housekeeping did an excellent job of keeping the room and common areas spotless throughout our stay. Toiletries, including bathroom slippers, were thoughtfully provided. The bed was comfortable, and the pillows were clean and well-maintained, ensuring a good night's rest. Overall, it is a great choice for a short getaway, offering both convenience and comfort"

"The location is convenient with many shops nearby , they charge me for a stained towel, when I requested to take the towel they gave me a soaking wet towel which I highly suspected that they deliberately dropped the towel into the toilet bowl and gave it to me! I totally remembered that all the towels are dry because we didn’t use it at all that morning !"

"We have a few upgrade of room due to over booking. Room was very big, room central air con with 3 outlets were no longer used and replaced with 1 unit but the air con unit but seem located as inappropriate place. Room. room a bit old and simple but clean. Toilet is clean too. Location is good for if you are traveling by coach or bus within Malaysia, there is Bus terminal within 2-3 mins walking distance. No shipping around the hotel, eating place and restaurants were within walking distance."

"Good value for money. The hotel is located in town and the price is quite affordable compared to other options in the area. As a newly opened hotel, everything was clean and well maintained. One thing to note is that solo female travelers may not feel completely comfortable depending on the time of day and surroundings. That said, if you’re visiting mainly for the food and sightseeing, this is a practical and budget-friendly place to stay."
