"Incredible sea views from room’s balcony, pool and breakfast restaurant. Room a little dated with sticky floors, just wear bedroom slippers. Toilet is clean. Superb location!! Hotel was 3 mins walk to bus stop that takes you to Giardini train station. And 5 mins walk to the heart of town. Try Bam Bar’s granita & have dinner after sundown at any of the restaurants nearby."

"Great experience! Everything was really good. We had a room with terass and a view of the sea. It was stunning. Room was very clean and sheets where changed daily, which was nice when you have two dogs that sneak into bed during the night. Location was great. A short distance walk to the town center with shops and restaurants. The parking service was great. They park the car for you and when you need it they will bring the car in front of the hotel within 15 minutes. It will cost you 20€/ night but it's hassle free. Staff is fantastic. We arrived around 6AM (much earlier than expected), and way too early for the normal check-in time. We were absolutely exhausted after a night of driving and our room wasn't ready. But the staff was kind enough to give us a room to sleep in, and at 11AM we could check-in to our booked room. Free of charge! Breakfast was also great and they do packed breakfast if you leave before breakfast time. The hotel doesn't do laundry, but there is a laundry place 800m away."

"The hotel has an exceptional location overlooking the Etna volcano, but high above Taormina. The road to the hotel is quite challenging, solid, but steep and very winding, going up ramps or the far edge of a steep hill. The hotel is beautiful, architecturally interesting, the receptionist a little haughty, a little shy, but once you put that aside and look out into the countryside, then it's OK. Breakfast could have been richer. The hotel is worth a visit and a stay."

"Not possible that this is a 4 star The staff were very nice, and generally the hotel was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was really good and staff helpful. But the condition of our room was not suitable, there was no bathroom ventilation and there was black mould throughout the room. We arrived on a day with bad storms and power cuts so just went to bed and left it when we arrived, but we stayed 3 nights and it got worse and worse throughout, we couldn't believe that anyone was letting people stay in the room so we kind of assumed all the rooms were the same and it was jsut a problem with the hotel being older, plus the mould was so obvious there is no way this wouldn't have been noticed by the hotel. There was a strong smell of bleach when we arrived, so its obviously a known problem, but I dont think they should then be putting people in that room. I mentioned this when checking out and offered to show photos, but the lady on reception said she would send someone to go look (there was mould on numerous walls, and if it smelt of bleach on arrival I assume they know this if cleaning every day so dont see why they let people stay in the room anyway?) The access to sun loungers/ reduced rate beach which is mentioned at booking isn't explained, it is a 45 minute walk each way and you still have to pay for the sunbeds. The bus leaves the hotel once a day but again this wasn't explained, so we just went to the beaches and took our towels down on the people's for free rather than hiring sunbeds a long way away. Some things in the hotel were really good, staff, terrace area, breakfast but the room condition is not suitable and I wouldn't recommend, there are a few 4 star hotels in the area so I'd suggest an alternative, though other 0eolle around the hotel seemed fine with their room so maybe we just had a bad one? But then if there is a bad room with mould I dont think they should be providing that to people and charging full price."

"เทอมินาเป็นวิธีที่ถูกต้องในการเปิดในซีซิลี หากอิตาลีสามารถเลือกเมืองพักผ่อนได้เท่านั้น ก็ต้องทาร์เมียน 👍 เมืองที่ระเบิดเพราะ ”โรงแรมบัวขาว” ตอบสนองทุกจินตนาการของฉัน ไม่ว่าจะเป็นวิวทะเลและวิวถนน เบลโมสั่งดาวยุโรป และเทามินาก็ตั้ง European Star ด้วย ฉันต้องบอกว่าทางเลือกนั้นถูกต้องเกินไป! โรงแรมตั้งอยู่บนหน้าผาสวยงามจนพูดไม่ออก ห้องพักมีระเบียงแยกต่างหาก ยืนบนระเบียงมองเห็นทะเลเมดิเตอร์เรเนียนและสระว่ายน้ํารู้สึกเหมือนเรือและรถจะหายไปเมื่อหมดแรง อาหารเช้ายังคงความอุดมสมบูรณ์ของ European Star ผลไม้หวานมากและสมูทตี้แสนอร่อย ขณะรับประทานอาหารเช้า มองนกพิราบบนระเบียงก็สบายมาก ข้อบกพร่องอย่างเดียวคือเครื่องเป่าผมของโรงแรมเก่าเกินไป ฉันรู้สึกว่านี่เป็นปัญหาทั่วไปสําหรับโรงแรมในยุโรป โปรดสนับสนุน Dyson ฮ่าฮ่าฮ่า 😄 PS: โรงแรมอยู่ใกล้กับจัตุรัส 9 เมษาและโรงละครกรีกโบราณ เมืองนี้เหมาะแก่การช็อปปิ้งเป็นพิเศษและมีอาหารหลากหลาย เทอมินาเป็นเมืองที่ดีที่สุดในอิตาลีอย่างแน่นอน!"
