"In Finland, water from the tap is drinkable, and all the restaurants I had been to in Helsinki, offered table water for free, but not in Scandic Aviacongress Helsinki, it is a chargeable item for €1.50, small amount but that really is not a good business strategy. It should be offered as a complimentary unless one requests for a sparkling/still water in a bottle."
"We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff were very helpful and kind — they allowed us a late check-out and provided luggage storage, which made our travel day much easier.
There was no kettle in the room initially, but after we requested one, the staff promptly arranged it for us. We really appreciated their quick response and good service.
Overall, a comfortable stay with friendly and accommodating staff."
"Good location, walking distance from the central rail station so it's easy to get there by train and air. Very clean and new as well. Very helpful staff, great variety of food for breakfast. Accessible to most of the tourist attractions and shopping districts of the city, and a free sauna and swimming pool for the guests, will definitely book again when I return"
