The location is perfect with lots of nice places to eat in a short safe walk and the customer service from the staff was excellent. The property is under major renovations so be prepared for some inconvenience but, the rooms are clean and currently the parking is free. I cannot wait to see to see it completely finished.

You really get what you pay for…the best part about the stay was being able to walk back from the bar. THE HOTEL IS NO LONGER REALLY A PART OF THE TRAIN STATION. Online photos and reviews were very deceiving since many people rated it well due to visiting the station, not the hotel itself.
Construction everywhere. It feels like a motel in every way. Not at all what was advertised. We even had creepy phone messages at night. Not kidding. Employees were kind at least. Will not return.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Hotel Chalet at The Choo Choo. Our room was large and comfortable, a clean and well stocked bathroom, and the hotel was conveniently located near most of the places we had planned to visit. The only negative thing we experienced was the tiny elevator that we found fitting a luggage cart and ourselves into to be difficult. We solved that problem by taking our luggage back to our vehicle in two separate loads upon checkout. Our stay at this hotel was overall a very pleasant experience and we will definitely stay there again.

Recently updated and very nice. Being so close to the comedy club, bars and restaurants is perfect. We will definitely stay there again.

World’s BEST water pressure! That was one of the best showers I’ve ever had! Staff is friendly. Location is excellent. Communication was top notch. Only problem I experienced was I couldn’t cast my phone to the tv to watch Netflix. Didn’t bother me at all. Aside from that, I plan on stopping in again in October while road tripping for my wedding!

Lovely stay for my husbands birthday. Staff was kind and attentive and the we enjoyed being able to walk to the signal for a concert and nearby restaurants
