Our stay was lovely. Enjoyed the modern decor and location. Easy check in and instructions. I would a stay her again. My only issue was, a hour before our check out a random man entered our room unannounced, he did not knock or wait but simply unlocked the door and entered... he claimed he was just checking to see if we checked out, but it seemed a bit odd being that it wasnt our check out time yet... and that he entered unannounced. Im not sure if he was with Kasa or not, but this definitely alarmed us, luckily we were in the process of leaving though. Other then that, I had no complaints on my stay

Love this property! We’ve stayed here twice in the last 6 weeks. The only issue is the light fixtures in the bathroom and kitchen were very dusty in the last unit we stayed in.

Check-in was super easy. The room was spacious and clean. It felt like I just moved into an apartment in the city. It was close to everything I wanted to do nothing was over a 10 minute drive. It is in a gated community, so we felt very safe. I will be staying here anytime I’m in Charlotte from now on!

Came to Charlotte for ACC game. Located maybe 1.5 miles from Bank of America stadium. Hotels were running about the same price per night as this 2bed/2bath condo that we were then able to split with another couple. It was clean, well-stocked and I had great communication with staff before, during and after check in. Highly recommend!
