Room was satisfactory for my needs. I would say again. My only beef as it is with ALL hotels is the check-out time. I work night shift and don't get off till 3 am and then have to be OUT by 11 am. I literally have to pay for a full stay for 6 hours sleep. Hotels need to adjust their check-out times according to their guests needs. And before someone attempts to come at me about "house-keeping" needs to clean, house-keeping could clean my room later down the list of rooms to clean. Adjust accordingly "FOR THE PAYING CUSTOMER". I'll continue my search for an accommodating hotel chain.

It did not state online that it didnt have a elevator only stairs. Housekeeping could've been more thorough in cleaning the bathrooms. Plus it was located in the hood. As they say you get whst you pay for

Old rundown motel kind of fixed (partly) by new owners. Friendly stuff, decent breakfast

Good customer service and good attention

The room was clean but the hallway and stairs is horrible. Needs to have major upgrade including the room.

Quiet slept well updated rooms have comfy

Overall for a quick overnight for a concert decent stay. No carpets in the room which I prefer. Quick and convenient to surrounding Charlotte.

Wasn't bad. I have no complaints.

It took me three tries to find the entrance. But on the whole I was impressed.
