Pros: Cleanliness, great customer service, well lit parking lot, working air, quiet.
Cons: breakfast ends too early, our room had a strong perfume smell, the refrigerator was too small and held nothing, the shower made a shrill whistle when on, beds are really soft.

I called before booking to make sure they had a spa room open. We just moved a full house and wanted to relax. Night crew gave me a room with broken spa even after asking AGAIN at the counter during paying my deposit if we had a working spa room. I drove an hour and a half for these specific amenities, only to not even have what we booked for. The nice lady “Danielle” whom I spoke to initially assured me she was on the case. Was very apologetic and helpful.

MY STAY WAS GOOD BUT THIS TIME AND MAYBE IT WAS THE ROOM, I SAW 4 ROACHES BUT THEY WAS SMALL AND I DIDNT LIKE THAT AT ALL. THE ROOM I STAY IN I WILL NOT STAY IN THAT ROOM AGAIN!!

Every thing was great except at check in! 4 pm is to late when you are in town for a function that starts 6/7 pm and you have to deal with Charlotte traffic. Took forever to get checked in. 2 people at the desk, serving one customer at a time. Why? After getting checked in, neither one told me which way to go to my room until I asked. That kind of comes with the job. It did when I worked in the hotel business. Other than that, the room was very clean and bed was super comfy.

The main reason we chose this hotel was due to the photo in the gallery that showed it had a partnership with a nearby fitness center called Fitness Connection. Upon arrival at the hotel, we inquired about this and were told it does not exist. The carpeting in the rooms and hallways was stained and worn. The heater squeaked loudly every time it shut off. The shower moaned incessantly when in use. During our three nights there, house keeping never once refreshed our toiletries, towels, or made the bed. The fitness center onsite was small, insufficient, and the only weight machine was out of order. I would not recommend this hotel or stay here ever again.

The rooms looked clean and the beds looked clean. Did not like that the carpet had dirty stains which made the room feel dirty.
