Interactions with employees were pleasant. Facilities were average-good for a hotel. Housekeeping was interesting - made one bed when there were two in the room. Location is relatively convenient - about 20 minutes away from all the activities my party did in Charlotte.

The bed was really comfortable. The room had a odd smell. At night we saw baby roaches. The shower had stains. The staff was really nice. You could also hear all conversations in other rooms.

到達機場以後，打電話給前台安排穿梭巴士。機場車很多，認準quality inn的logo。距離機場10分鐘車程。好幾個服務人員是印度老鄉，中規中矩。

這個酒店離夏洛特機場非常的近，酒店有穿梭機場巴士，但是你需要提前打電話去預訂，他們會安排時間過來，酒店的管理人員是一個印度小哥，基本的設施還是不錯的，附近也有超市比較方便，可以買東西非常適合轉機居住。

飛機晚點，衹能在機場附近住一晚。酒店Shuttle很方便，記得早上趕飛機提前預訂。酒店房間很大，但是感覺衞生和設施方面做得不太好，有可能是價格相對偏低的原因。

They charged my credit cars $ 50 dlls for incidentals , not hold ...charged ! This create the problem for the customers to follow up on the repturn of the funds .
The room was clean at first impresion , but a roach was in the tub , the drainning was poor and the shower head is not install propertly , water spills all over from the back of the shower head flooding the toilet area and bath mat
I am a member of Choice hotels for the las 6 years and this site is bellow standard , hot water was not hot was open to the max and the water was just barely warm . I will not recommend this hotel to family or friends
