We were in town for the weekend. When we checked in, a sweet girl named Olivia helped us and she was super friendly and helpful. On our second night, someone on our hall was playing loud music and yelling up and down the hall at 2:30 in the morning. My husband called the front desk to let them know. They said they’d send security right up and within 2 minutes we heard “Security”. We were very pleased with how things turned out. We stay there again.

The hotel was nice, and quiet, didn't hear doors slamming throughout the night like most hotels. Was told it was only 4 blocks from the convention center. Was actually like 10 blocks. Parking was a little over priced at $45. The valet never sent call links and it took 25-30 min to get our truck sometimes then they expected a tip as those links didn't seem to have any trouble getting through to my phone. Parking/valet would prob be my least favorite about the hotel. Breakfast was spot on! The staff were incredible in the breakfast area. Especially one lady I wish I had her name. My sone was getting over a chest cold and she made him a Honey Lemon Tea.

Stay was fine. Nice and new room.
Staff told us to park across the street when their valet filled up. I paid for the spot, woke up the next morning, and found a boot on my car.
Nothing like a spending more on removing a boot from your car than you did on the hotel…

Easy to find, place's so strategic that you can walked around the uptown, and the breakfast is changing everday so you dont get bored.

Nice hotel in the middle of downtown Charlotte. Could have been cleaner. For example, the carpet had debris on it. Also, the base board had fallen off a small area in the bathroom, and the shower seemed to leak UNDER the LVT tiles allowing it to leak back out at the seams. Couch and chair in the room were very uncomfortable. Overall, though, the staff was very nice and the room was roomy. Even with the few downsides, I would stay here again.

If you don’t mind going to bed after 2am it’s a great place to stay. Had loud bass from an establishment across the street. I called down to inquire when the music would stop. Got the feeling the front desk person was reading from a script as this must happen a lot. “Not in our control etc etc.” I understand when things are out of the businesses control but I would have to think most people booking a room at this “upper class” hotel aren’t expecting loud music till 2am. No one onsite was of any help. I even text messaged someone who messaged me on arrival and got no reply. Probably would look for a different place to stay to avoid the noise.

Great property. Modern and clean. Great full breakfast. The only issue, and it’s really unrelated to the property, is parking. They do offer valet parking but if your choose anything else, it’s much more expensive.
