The staff was uniformly attentive, personable and efficient. I have not been treated this well in several years.

The room was very comfortable from the towels to the linens. Very clean facility and staff were very friendly.

There was one slight little hiccup with getting our luggage upstairs, it delayed a few things for us, but we stayed positive and so did the staff. They went out of their way to make our experience a wonderful one. Thank you Haley and Kyla. This is an exceptional hotel.

Carpets in hallways look dirty, needs replacing
Need larger sitting area in lobby.
Need more, better TV channels

Everything was good except food in the restaurant: salad was moldy, shrimp-stale, portions are gigantic and not esthetically pleasing. After my complaint to the front desk person I was refunded for our lunch.
