This was my first and most likely my very last time staying with a Courtyard. I am calling about my stay and no I do not want a free night I want at least one of my nights refunded back to me. Could not use amenities due to breakfast bar was disgusting, my children’s toes got burned in the pool, there were chemicals for pH balance literally right on the ground with chemicals in it where my 3 year old could have gotten to it, beds tore my back up, the door to the closet had punch holes in it and my door handle wouldn’t work properly and I got locked out my room at one point and you had to jiggle the inside of the door handle for the lock to close for the door to shut completely when leaving the room. I stayed here because the location was close to the set I was working on and the reviews were decent, but I think I will stick with Hilton or Marriott due to this experience.

Despite previous suggestions, when it come to breakfast, they didn't have any option for Vegans, No any type of vegetable milk (oats, soy, cashews, rice)... also there was not fruits or hot water...

We stayed for a weekend while researching homes in the area.
Location wise it's great with 7 eleven next door and restaurants and shopping across the street.
Breakfasf was lackluster with only one waffle maker. Coffee was not strong.
It was extremely hot in the lobby and there was no sanitizer available in the entire place
Parking lot needs to be renovated but it's free so I guess that's a bonus

Room Carpet was dirty and sticky, pillows/ headrest are not comfortable. Limited breakfast items. The property needs renovation.

The hotel/ experience was ok. The hotel smells a little musty, there may be smoking sections I'm not sure.
Breakfast was ok, nothing special Coffee onsite taste like flavored water, there are delicious places to drink coffee within walking distance. Walking distance to nice restaurants. The heated pool is Freezing. My room was outdated and had mildew/ mold on the shower ceiling. They provide shuttle service to Dulles Airport. Safe place to sleep & explore Washington DC.
