The Fern Residency - Chandigarh

The hotel is really clean and the room are also in immaculate condition. Service is really quick . Helpful staff and the food is absolutely delicious..a little expensive ..but delicious..

Very ordinary room. Very small and smelly room. This property is a black bot on the reputation of the Fern group of hotels. Not expected from them. Food was good though. Will never visit this hotel again. Pictures on the internet are deceptive. Mosquitoes and bed bugs infested hotel. PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!

We stayed at fern reaidency on 26 th may Having taken the morning shatabadi we reached the hotel early at 11:20 .on arrival we were asked to wait without offering a glass of water . After half an hour when we asked about our room we were told callously it’s going to take more than an hour .On finally getting the room we discovered no bath towels hand towels and toilet paper in the bathroom .. the tea trays didn’t have stirrer even . When you call the reception for any thing they don’t send anyone . One very strange thing are the locks in their room . I discovered that there are no double locks or chains on the doors and the double lock that you do of the lock can be opened from outside by swiping the room card …. I felt very unsafe through the night . Also no lockers provided in the rooms Breakfast next day was horrible to put it mildly. We started having a stomach ache after having it . The doughnuts were so hard and stale and so were the sausages . The other preparations were tasteless . Also the serving staff and the other staff on the hotel are inhospitable and behave as if they are doing you a favour .. Even the hotel staff which came to the room to deliver our towels was reeling of smoke smell and in ordinary clothes . On the whole this ecperiece was a night mare .we preferred to be out of the hotel as we could not shift out as the the room was already paid for Never ever returning to this property again ! !!

The name doesn't necessarily means that you are good. This hotel in Chandigarh is waste of money for following reasons- 1. No one picks up phone at room service, you've to ask reception for room service to contact you. 2. Housekeeping is also same as above, they provide towels and toiletries after ***y requests. 3. For their wifi, no one informs you at reception, unless you ask for. 4. The only good thing is their staff and rooms except washrooms where trays are so small with small basin platform, that things keep on falling In all, what we expected, it was not such experience and we're highly disappointed.

The hotel service and staff was good and polite . The staff was friendly and helpful . The room was clean and comfortable. Special thanks to housekeeping ( Miss saloni and khusboo) Work well very impressed.Comfortable place nd good vibes . Room also nice

Sanjay dubey is nice buddy. The room was as per our liking and Sanjay had done the cleaning of the room in the same ***ner before we arrived. Every thing had its own place. and we become happy after seeing it. Overall is good From Navdeep madhas The fern residency❤

It's a very nice hotel...rooms are clean ..everything is perfect...staff is so supportive Met Miss Mamta here who is very hard working girl. She is in room cleaning service. She is Very gentle polite person. 5 stars for all..... recommended to stay in this hotel.

Mamta and khushboo were really courteous from the house keeping department. Overall a good experience at Fern Residency.
