The hotel is very easy to find and located oerfectly for Lakeside or the M25/M11. Staff very friendly and Hotel Manager Kim provided excellent Customer Service. Only downside being bank holiday there was no evening food service but Uber and Deliveroo possible. Lots of carparking. Great Value. Would stay again 😁

Spacious and clean room. Generally comfortable, I found the spring mattress a little uncomfortable. And surprisingly quieter than I expected with the motorways so close by.
Reception staff were courteous and friendly. The room felt quite warm with three occupants, but cooled a little with the windows opened a little. And to be honest I didn’t look at adjusting the radiators at all. As we only stayed the one night for a family gathering at Berwick Manor nearby.
I’d definitely consider staying here again should the need arise.

Parking was a nigh**are. The room was very tatty with marks on the carpet and the bath panel was hanging off. Redeeming factors were a great shower, location close to shopping centre abd a wonderful breakfast.

The room was clean but had a smell in the shower and was told to run the water and it will clear. The cold water in the shower did not work in the mixer tap.

Called out maintenance 3 times as bath flooded bathroom when used. Unable to change temperature on shower. Shower plug hole blocked and tray filled up to brim with water. This was in a room which I paid £150 for the night!!
