The apar**ent is spacious, clean and luxurious. Lovvvvvve the bathrooms. I had a very relaxing stay at the Residences at Crystal Hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was refreshing and had a wide selection of foods. The location is convenient, close to Canal Walk which we walked to often to buy whatever we needed to make our stay more enjoyable and visiting Hillsong Church opposite the road was an amazing experience.

I would definitely stay here again without a doubt. Services was amazing, hotel is clean and it’s close to the airport and shopping centre.

соотношение цена качество на очень хорошем уровне всем советую
- большая комната, красивый интерьер, отличная локация, сервис. очень хороший район.
- номера немного требуют легкого ремонта, тк варочная панель и некоторая мебель была с небольшими повреждениями. но вся техника работает. оставили на кухне упаковку от еды, утром там нашли таракана.
в общем остались только хорошие впечатления

Overall, this is good value for money. The space in the rooms, the view over the Canal and the location worked for me. I will def use them again!

I accidentally left my bottle of perfume in the apar**ent (Nine Palms - 225B) and I have made several calls to the reception service reporting such event, however they were not very welcoming in all the the times as they promised to come back to me with a response and so far I did not get any feedback from Crystal Towers.

I had a nice stay. I highly recommend. Kudos to the team. And the bonus: the place is closed to Canal Walk shopping Mall.

Modern and very spacious, two-bedroom apar**ent with excellent security, private parking and conveniently located within walking distance to the Canal Walk Shopping Centre. The Hussar Grill downstairs also served an excellent dinner. All-in-all great value for money. Pre-check-in instructions regarding access upon arrival could have been clearer. Tip: Leave your luggage in your vehicle, check-in at reception and then park in the basement parking lot and use the private lift to your room.
