I've waiting for almost an hour for check-in and the room not checked well (smell like smoking room) and AC suddenly death at midnight. Not a good service for 4 stars hotel. But the view is good.

Well, the service is very good, the bedroom and bathroom are quite clean, it's just that the shower used to take a bath is too small and the hot water doesn't work well. for breakfast, it's delicious but less varied for a star hotel class. overall, it's been a great experience for me and my family to stay in this hotel. Thank you🙏🏻👍☺

pelayanannya mungkin perlu di tingkatkan lagi.. pada saat di telfon tidak ada yang angkat sampe harus turun ke lobby untuk minta tolong, untungnya servicenya cepat dan baik.

Overall it was a great stay, but the facilities were very outdated! Because I'm vegan and it was a bit freaky to find a vegan breakfast but the breakfast had a wide variety of choices for my diet.
Location wise it was also good, easy to walk to the national monument.

We enjoyed the hotel and staff were helpful, good selection at breakfast and excellent cold draught beer at the bar. However when we left we asked the hotel to book a taxi for us to the high speed rail terminal at Halim. When the taxi arrived I asked the doorman to confirm to the driver where we were going. But the driver took us to halim airport not the high speed rail station and drove off before we realised. We then had to take another taxi to the rail station which took 15 minutes and cost the same as the taxi from the hotel. We were frustrated. A bit more attention to the request and conveying that would have saved us stress and expense. Otherwise a good stay.

Love this hotel with very friendly staffs and very helpful.. the food I like it too good breakfast and very clean swimmingpool. Location very central easy to go .. bakkery i love it and a view restaurant 🇯🇵 and Italian. Close to go to Plaza Indonesia-Sarinah-Sabang street food..the room a bit old fashioned but some is modern the bath room.Everytime coming back to Aryaduta hotel when I go to Indonesia.
