This hotel is situated in the heart of the city center hence the traffic is extremely heavy and busy, going to places are can be extremely difficult and time consuming. The location isn't good at all. You need more time allowance to get to the airport consider the heavy traffic. There are slums everywhere, behind the hotel and dirty food stalls nearby. These slums should be removed from the vicinity. Beggars and homeless people are everywhere even outside McDonald's nearby. There are McDonald's, Burger King, Starbucks and indo Cafe nearby.
Brsides, we are very disappointed with the cleanliness of the hotel. Our bedsheets are stained with footsteps and dirty stains. Cockcroaches are all over the toilet seat, crawling all over my legs while we were seated. It's so gross. I hope this hotel can improve its cleanliness. See the photos and you can decide yourself whether it's gross or not.

Room is a biy small and there is fungus on the chair. Need to improve hygiene. Breakfast is okay nothing special

Never back to this Hotel!!
NO PRIVACY
I could hear clearly the guest in the room next to me,
as no walls!
Very limited breakfast with terrible espresso machine!!

The staff and security service front is very polite.
Room comfy and clean but I need to complaint about the chiller.My room 0225 not cool at all.
And the spa/massageur im take 2 person not good at all doing massage like not profesional also always talk with the friends and laughing each other when they are massaging
-Please accomodate own room for spa it doesnt fell comfartable to get massage inside our room when other partners not getting any.And the oil are messing all over the pillow n blanket.
Location ok near by everything.The Breakfast 4 days here almost the same menu.The salad looks ages not fresh.
If you want to go to Bandung you can catch a shuttle service via DAYTRANS company just in front of the hotel(100m) walk only.The shuttle(12 seated) is cheap and comfy only cost less R100K.

Somehow it’s ironic that my holiday inn express was super express. I was eagerly looking forward to staying in a IHG property after a long time and enjoying morning meal in the hotel.
I have kindly requested for higher floor with windows if possible but was provided a room at level one. Somehow, my nerve pain were aggravated while staying in the hotel. I felt best to leave the hotel.
Lastly, it was very inaccessible to enter the hotel with too many cars at the entrance.
Disappointed with IHG :(

Location was great, very near with anything I need. The rooms were clean . This trip was my second time and I got the same room (window with wall view).
I needed to wait around 30mins to do early check in. (around 12pm).

Good, check in and out are fast, friendly staff. But boring breakfast everyday no meat at all. Big room like it but very near to mosque it’s very noisy

Great location.close to sarinah and tharmin bus statation. Requested for non smoking room.
Was informed that non smoking room is not guaranteed and only given if available .
Luckily was given a non smoking room and hence the good rating.
