ยกเว้นทำเล.. ไม่มีจุดอื่นที่ดึงดูดให้คุณมาพักในลอดจ์แห่งนี้ 1. ห้องพักสกปรก (สกปรกจริง ๆ และมีกลิ่นเหม็น) 2. พนักงานต้อนรับกระตือรือร้นที่จะโต้แย้งโดยไม่มีความรู้สึก (ไม่มีสามัญสำนึก). 3. สัญญาเท็จเกี่ยวกับอาหารเช้าฟรี (คิดค่าบริการอาหารเช้าแม้หลังจากเช็คอินเวลา 7.00 น. พวกเขาสะดวกมากที่จะปฏิเสธเนื่องจากเป็นนโยบายของโรงแรม) ควรมีระดับติดลบเพื่อให้คะแนนโรงแรมนี้ ถ้าเป็นเช่นนั้นฉันให้คะแนน -5 สุดท้ายไม่แนะนำ

Rooms- Room we booked through the customer service wasn’t given to us. They keep changing what they say and need to have a written proof. Room was pathetic Private tour Travels - the travel office next to the hotel doesn’t have any clue on what they do. We booked the private tours for 2 days for 7 passengers and the car they gave couldn’t accommodate. I have a email stating all these info and they complain that we have informed only 4 passengers. Restaurant- the free morning breakfast is a disaster. The dishes they provide is pathetic and especially the sambar is a hot water. Location - it’s a pretty good location but not for foreigners.

I am unhappy with service, for below issues i) Being a 3 star big hotel, there was no shoe shiner, comb, hair oil, bathroom slippers provided. Usually these are provided by mid size hotels. ii) Breakfast didn’t have cut fruits, and no live counter. Very limited variety. iii) Dinner was included but no soup, and only limited quantity was given. iv) The staff at restaurant was not polite at all. v) No hand towel was given. vi) Room was not cleaned even at 4.00 pm in evening. The tea cups were also unclean.

Booking taken online for hotel and after booking room provide in a cheap building around 200 meters far hotel. Outside environment of hotel (where room is provided) is not good. When I ask for same, excuse given of room type

Excellent staff and hospitality. Food is delicious and the rooms are clean. The location also seems good. I normally stay here whenever I do visit Delhi and often I do not get rooms and feels dejected.

Old hotel, located in a dense auto parts market, average interiors, average food. Very limited buffet breakfast. The hotel is spread across multiple buildings. So if you get room in a different building, one has to come to main building for breakfast etc.

Sir,We are not aware of complimentary Breakfast option while booking room online.We are not allowed to upgrade the room to that option with difference of payment.There are no Hooks in the room to put the cloths.Only Hangers are provided which are not useful. Room Ambience is good and quality of food is excellent.Room service is good.Better place to stay in delhi at affordable price.

Good Stay; It is nearer to Metro, shopping area and easy to commute. however, intercom, kettle etc. in rooms were not in working condition. Had to seek change of these ***y times. However, intercom was not changed. Food is average.

Pros - Nice and Friendly staffs, Clean Rooms & Toilet, Quick Service, Good Breakfast, Clean Bed Linen and Towels and Good Location. Offer complimentary RO water. This was my 3rd time. A veg and non veg restaurant is there in 1st flour which serves delicious food. Cons - Breakfast spread is limited and all the same everyday. No fresh juice. Until the room number is told, they don’t give the plates to eat.
