The bed was comfortable. The bathroom had fresh towels, but the toilet and sink had hair and the shower was dirty. I was only offered clean towels once during my four day stay. Breakfast hours were posted, but three of the four days the only option was cereal, biscuits and gravy or bread products. The fourth day, there was just no one maintaining the breakfast area or desk. Thank you to Morgan, who was the only one friendly and attentive my whole stay...

The room we got after changing rooms twice was O.K., but the breakfast was not. The first day, the breakfast was not the best. No oa**eal and the potatoes were cold and hard. The second day the breakfast was at best, poor. Again, no oa**eal, the coffee machine didn't work and the coffee they made with a coffee pot was bad. Also, the egg omlet was a joke.

It was really clean and the bed was nice. I didn't like that i could hear the people talking and closing the toilt lid in the next room.

Front entrance was closed and unavailable- room keys had to be replace three times and still did not work; Belinda (chief housekeeper) was belligerent

We went to the annual "Sale on the Trail" (along the El Camino Real) We start on Friday and work our way to Nacogdoches from Robeline and then head back on Saturday to the places that weren't open on Saturday. Nacogdoches was booked up except for a couple of little "dumpy" motels. Probably will do this again next year. This was the first Best Western we've stayed in in years, much better than the last ones we stayed in.

Frisky staff and clean.
Very disappointed with breakfast. Menu posted in lobby showed scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy.what was served was I’m guessing, was a frozen flat egg and cheese omelette (which was cold and rubbery. No biscuits or gravy.
