FAITES VOTRE PROPRE AVIS ! Ressenti général très bon, nous y avons trouvé un VRAI all inclusive contrairement à ce que nous avions pu lire avant de partir. (Pour en avoir fait plusieurs, AI tout à fait convenable) CHAMBRE: correcte, tout ce qu’il faut, rangement, balcon, propre, ménage tout les jours. REPAS: effectivement pas un immense choix mais tout est vraiment très bon et variés, en une semaine nous n’avons eu que 2 fois à peu près la même chose mais sinon ça varie. Ceux qui se plaignent qu’il y a des pâtes tout les jours, n’allez pas en Italie 😂 PISCINE: les deux piscines sont très bien, le cadre est magnifique en revanche elle est froide ! Pas très gênant vu le soleil mais c’est à savoir, elle n’est pas chauffée. ANIMATION: les animateurs proposent des shows tout les soirs, activités au bord de la piscine, sur la plage etc En plus d’être doués ils sont très gentils! ALL INCLUSIVE: énormément de boissons comprises dans le AI, il n’y a pas tout tout les cocktails mais vous trouverez forcément votre bonheur dans ce qui est inclus. Soft, boissons chaudes et eau aussi évidemment. L’accès au parc aquatique est inclus dans le AI ainsi que l’accès aux différents restaurants de l’hôtel. TRANSPORT: des navettes pour Cefalu sont proposées assez régulièrement à un petit prix, également pour Palerme, les navettes pour la plage sont gratuites et très régulières. LE + : l’accès gratuit à la plage privée de l’hôtel, transat et parasol, activités sur la plage et bar qui proposent les mêmes prestations qu’à l’hôtel ! Un vrai + digne d’un all inclusive. LE - : l’eau n’est pas potable et est vraiment 🤮 dans la douche, les lavabos et dans la piscine. C’est vraiment le seul bémol.

The reviews are mixed and I think it depends on your needs and what you are either willing to tolerate or what all inclusive holidays you have had before. There are positives about this hotel. 1)It’s clean, all areas. 2)The entertainment team work hard you see them all day in different roles and then in the evening. 3) staff are friendly across the hotel, there is an exception to this, the reception staff are unhelpful and can be rude. 4) plenty of sun loungers 5) views are good 6) free bus the beach. 7) the food choices at the buffet where plentiful. 8) bus to Cefalù is worth the trip, beach lovely, place pretty lots of little restaurants. I wouldn’t say all of these are negatives but some are annoying and like I said depends what you are used too. It’s not all inclusive, the drinks menu is very restrictive and served in tiny plastic cups. Snacks are served at set times 1030-1130 160-1700 they are also restricted to muffins and toasties, there is no ice cream unless you pay for it. Charge your wristband with cash for all the extras and anything left on the wristband is non-refundable. The entertainment staff are great, little English is spoken not an issue for us. The most annoying for me, the hotel is not intuitive, you have to scan a wristband order a drink get a ticket hand the ticket to sometimes the same person and they pour your drink, it’s time consuming and wasteful. You should only need to scan the wristband if you are purchasing. You are restricted to ordering drinks to the amount of people in your room, so 1 person can’t order drinks for a table. Water….. no water taps or fountains, tiny plastic cups available if you go and scan your wristband or purchase bottles. No water in the rooms. No showers available if you are leaving late. In all it could just be better

Not very often I write reviews but I felt the need to write a review on this hotel as I’d been reading them frantically before we went on holiday and I was worried after reading the majority of them!! Me, my husband and our 2 children spent a week full board here at the end of May and we had a fantastic time. Around 2.5 hours transfer time from Catania airport but we knew this when booking. Rooms are basic but clean - we only had a shower in our room and the temperature was temperamental but apart from that the room was spacious and was cleaned daily. Hairdryer isn’t good so would take one if you need it. Towels are thin but they are that microfibre material so are good for drying. Entertainment team were fantastic. We joined in with the water aerobics, yoga and cooking class during the day and my kids enjoyed the mini disco and entertainment on a night. Food was great - I’d read a review saying it was all processed food and that wasn’t the case at all. Our little one is fussy but the restaurant staff were happy enough to do him some plain pasta or French fries when I asked. We went full board and at lunch and evening meal there was always a bottle of water and a bottle of wine on the table. The water park wasn’t open but we’d already read that before we booked. There’s plenty of sun loungers and never once did we struggle to get a lounger even when we didn’t go down to the pool til 11. We did get the bus to cefalu and had a lovely day out. Would definitely recommend doing that. Return bus is only €3.80 each and we also got the free bus to the beach one day aswell. Very pebbly so I would recommend water shoes but the kids enjoyed themselves. All in all a fantastic holiday where we’ve made memories to last us a lifetime. We would definitely return!!

Best Hotel I've been to in a long time! All-inclusive and a great getaway for the family. Best time as the season was coming to end so we missed the crowds it was awesome! Staff were amazing and the food and entertainment was great! I would highly recommend this to anyone with kids. The local beaches are good too. Weather was a gorgeous 24-30 degrees most day with one half day of light rain. It was epic

We stayed for 7 days in October, the first night I realised I had been bitten several times so I reported it to reception in the hope they would move us to another room but no they sprayed the bed with bed bug repellent several times throughout the week unfortunately to no avail. Can't help but question why you would leave a perfectly comfortable clean home to sleep in filth!! The food is as in previous reviews cold and tasteless. There is only one positive in my review and that is the STAFF, they are excellent!!! I sincerely hope they are all recognised for their efforts?!! Well Done!

I knew the hotel was a family one with children splashing about and maybe screaming and shouting round the pool but we did not expect loud banging house/club music all day long with a break at dinner but then back till the early hours of the morning. We would go back to the room for some peace and sit on the balcony in the sun with a lovely sea view. Not a chance you could still hear the loud music up here and the same loud music from the water park further down the hill and we did not know the hotel was over a very busy road. So lets go to the beach we say to get some relaxing vibes only to to met with the same loud banging music. So lets go and sit in the hotels lovely foyer on the lovely sofa's to be met by screaming kids running round shouting and crying. So lets go and sit in a lovey bar looking down at the lovely [but loud pools] to be met by barking dogs and more screaming kids. Same at dinner and breakfast kids running round. One of the lifts broke the whole week/ The bed was like a brick/The water in bathroom smelt like a sewage/The hair dryer was a plastic pole hanging from the wall which was broke and got red hot while holding it. Its such a shame all the bad things in this hotel as it was so lovely when we pulled up after a 2.5 hours transfer [which we knew about] to find the location on a hill top looking at some Spectacular sunsets you have ever seen. Lovely foyer with marble floors and posts. I don't make a habit of moaning on holiday but this one really upset us.

My best friend and I enjoyed our recent holiday at The Costa Verde Hotel,Sicily. The hotel is huge, with several restaurants, two large pools, a very busy activities team, a super play area for children and a private beach nearby with a free shuttle bus every 15mins ( you would have to cross a busy dual carriageway if you attempted to walk). The other guests were mostly Italian with some French and a few Brits but everyone was very friendly. The rooms we had were clean,quite big, great t.v, wifi etc but the bathrooms were in need of updating (we forgave them for that as the lovely seaviews we had from the balconies made up for it! ). We ate in The Circle Restaurant for breakfast every day (07.30 til 09.30)and were very impressed with the wide variety of food available. There was bacon, sausages,eggs,cold meats,fresh fruit, fruit juices, chilled water,various coffees,teas assorted pastries,toast, cake and delicious bread rolls etc all laid out so you could eat whatever you wanted. The staff were brilliant at keeping every section topped up!.Some guests brought their dogs in with them which might sound a bit gross to some people but they were no bother at all! In this restaurant you could sit wherever you wanted. On an evening we ate in the even bigger main restaurant, you were allocated a table on your first visit then you kept it for the rest of your stay. We were half board and were surprised to get a bottle of house red/ white wine and water with every meal!. The food was mostly good with a huge choice but being buffet style it was never piping hot ( it wouldn't have suited my belived mother, she liked her food red hot!). There was a pizzeria and a more formal dining room with a set meal available with waiter service if you booked in advance but we didnt bother. To buy drinks from the bar you had to load up some money onto a wristband in the reception but dont put too much on because they dont give refunds. It was 8 - 10 euros for cocktails 7.5 euros for a pint of Moretti lager and 2.5 euros for a litre of water....not cheap but thats Italian prices for you! Each guest also has to pay a hotel tourist tax of 2 euros per room per day up to a maximum of 5 days ( 10 euros) directly to the hotel at the end of your stay. The swimming pools were lovely but surprisingly freezing cold depite the temperature being in the 30's 🥶 We still went in though and enjoyed the salsa dancing etc! The only real grumble we had was the lack of information about the hotel and its ameneties upon arrival as it was 49 hours later that we had our welcome meeting from the Jet2 rep by which time we had found out everything we needed to know by constantly asking anyone and everyone questions! We went on a coach laid on by the hotel three mornings at a cost of 3.8 euros return ( get your tickets from the reception area) and thoroughly enjoyed mooching around Cefalu itself a lovely, quaint town with lots of shops, cafes and a super beach! I didnt enjoy our one daytrip
