진짜 조식이 진짜 준나 엄청 맛있어요 좀 짜긴한데 필리핀 음식이 애초에 좀 짜니까 어쩔 수 없고 수영장은 좀 많이 작고 이용하는 사람은 못봄여. 내부는 딱 둘이 쓰기 적당한 방이었고 화장실 문이 살짝 덜 닫혀서 약간 난감스. 그치만 청결은 굿굿이었어요. 여기 지배인님도 무지 친절하심..!

Good location near the Ayala mall about 5 min walk. Breakfast is decent plenty of choice. Nice pool area, love the bar and restaurant. Gym is a bit small though.

The hotel was not far from downtown. It was absolutely beautiful! Through the hotel we were able to book tours around the city. The pool was excellent for sundowners and the bar and restaurant by the pool were inexpensive. Food from the restaurant and breakfast were delicious with a menu boasting of various dishes. We organized transportation through the hotel and there was also an option to access a taxi at the entrance. The hotel being 20 minutes away from IT park and Mad Monkey was a plus! It was also not far from the airport and there is an Ayala mall a walking distance from the hotel with excellent chill spots. I would definitely book again!

Usually, I'm very happy with this hotel chain. However, I found the Holiday Inn Cebu to have a lot of hassles and drawbacks;
1.) The rooms are not soundproof at all! You can hear people in the next room clearly. And even I was in the 20th floor, a barking dog kept me awake at night. Window glasses seem to be super thin.
2.) Air conditioning is freezing cold, and it didn't matter if you put in m it on 20 or 30 degrees, it's just not adjustable. The only thing you can do is turning it off. Ridiculous!
3.) There are not enough elevators, it really sucks to wait 5 minutes to get down to the lobby or up to your room
4.) While the breakfast is good, the restaurants food during the day is just disgusting. I had two meals there and they were the worst meals I had in weeks, couldn't even eat them.
So, overall a very disappointing experience. Not recommended.

This was booked for a wrong hotel. It said Holiday Inn, but misleaded for Hop-Inn. Don't be deceived, this is a scam.

New and clean hotel. Large 55in TV. However, the breakfast area was too crowded because of the small space. 9/10

location, service were generally good.
Breakfast is just very average.
The only terrible thing is the shower water pressure is very bad. I can’t take a good shower as the water sometimes cool and sometimes hot. After changing the room 3 times, still no good. Unless you won’t mind this, please do not stay in this hotel until they have fixed this issue.
