Clean and commendable courteous staff. Breakfast is plated and too limited choices. No kettle in the room for coffee. We've stayed in a room without windows which was relatively small but wifi is ok. In-room lock for added security is broken. Hot shower requires waiting time otherwise it's too cold. Housekeeping replenishes toiletries and towels. Still a good value for what I have paid for

Hamersons is always great value. We like it because it's clean and professional and a good hot shower. I have stayed here dozens of times since I met my wife and I am sure i will be back. I like it because it is near Chong hua Hospital so my wife can come in late at night for tests. and it is close to Robinsons Galaria mall where i can find the best sndwhich in the philippines at my secret shop.

Being the first night in the Phillipines, this hotel was a total disillusion. I had booked for several nights in-between the trips but after seeing the room I cancelled. I realised the standards in general are lower in this part of the world and if you want good rooms you need to pay close to European prices. The room looks ok, thought our did not have natural light since the window was basically blocked on the outside and overall everything was a bit sticky. The worst and the reason why I give this rating was the toilet which was very very smelly (I barely dared to use it) and the seat was very yellow - they obviously are not cleaning it. The water taps are sticky and so was the floor.. bad experience, especially when you have other expectations and when on honeymoon. Now I know why everyone says not to book many days in the same place in the Phillipines. This was not the case for us but I was actually expecting a clean and simple place..

STAYED FOR 4 NIGHTS. NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE. They charge you additional fee on top of the food cost for food delivered at your room. The bidet is not working properly, asked to check for repair but the RA said there's no available maintenance staff to check. FOA XYDETTE is not so accommodating to your requests but would happily assist FOREIGN GUESTS. For a person working in a hospitality industry too, this kind of service definitely give a negative impression. WILL NOT BOOK AGAIN.

Location of the hotel was hard to find because the hotel was new and taxi driver were not familiar with the name of the hotel. They had a great lobby which really gives you the impression the hotel is new and modern. Rooms are small but clean. Suprisingly rooms are not able to block off road noise which was very disappointing. Breakfast was okay and service was good.

We had a wonderful experience here. Every staff member that we encountered, from the entrance security to the front desk staff and the food server were delightful and eager to help. They were extremely accommodating. The room was very clean and well maintained, all room facilities worked well like AC, TV, shower heater, etc. Also the free breakfast was absolutely delicious. And I love how their wifi works highly recommended.

The lobby is wide and the AC is good. Their WIFI has a high internet speed and the staffs were friendly. I love how they're very proactive when they see someone who is need of help. The restaurant is good also. They really make sure that guests has a comfortable stay
