I am little dissappointed on how the room was and how it smells. I find it disturbing to relax. I am expecting more than from the other hotel that we've tried

location is good, transportation very easy, but lack on amnesties inside the room, and if you forget to put back the pail in the drain faul odor will come out

In the midst of ar least 3 universities so area is quite crowded with students including malls n eating places. Staff as usual is the saving grace regardless of star rating. This is a very basic hotel... Probably 1 or 2 star rating. No hot water as heater didn't work even after "fixing". No toiletries whatsoever. Only 2 towels. TV signal quite poor. Cockroaches inside CR. No safe. No water bottles. Restaurant menu quite limited with local cuisine. Hotel store had basics. Unfortunately not many quality available in the area. Colon Street area is just a place to visit but not an area to stay overnight.

We had a great time to stay in gv hotel,it was clean and friendly staff in the front desk..

Very nice and worth it the price of the room, it’s clean and organize. Only the wifi is not functioning well if you already in the room. Thank you and Godbless!

Convenient hotel in a busy downtown of cebu city .The hotel is near Colon St. , a walking distance to universities (particularly UV ,USJR and USC )amenities is limited only ,but good for a solo traveler .The price is reasonable.

Feels like its abandoned hotel already. They didn't even check if all the lightbulbs are working. Tapos sira pa ang aircon. We are just wasting our money. Thumbs down for this hotel

Not so good but ain't bad as well. Good for toys if that's you're into.
