Pestana Cayo Coco Beach Resort

Last day in playa paraiso, was an amazing week, I love the weather, the beach is amazing, it is hilarious wake up at morning and enjoy of one of the most beautiful views I never saw in my life, what I enjoyed the most in this resort was the company of the best entertainment team ever especially Dulian, Daniela and Calderon those guys make my holidays an amazing experience.

The staff at Playa Paraiso are what made this such an incredible trip for my friend and I! Everyone, from the bartenders, gardeners, housekeepers and entertainment team were exceptional and always had us laughing while enjoying the sun. A special shout out to Roberto on the entertainment team who had the best energy, always made sure we were enjoying the entertainment and helped us meet other people around the resort. And our housekeeper, Allen, was so sweet, made sure our rooms were pristine and always helped us with whatever we needed. They both made our trip everything it was. We went on two excursions : the snorkeling catamaran and the day trip to *****, Ciego de Avila with the crocodile sanctuary. Both excursions were incredible days with great staff, lots of educational information and beautiful views. I highly recommend! All in all it was a memorable trip and I can't wait to go back with more friends to show them all that Playa Paraiso has to offer!

This was my third trip to Playa Paraiso - Cayo Coco and this time was just as good if not better than the first 2. First off the entertainment team goes above and beyond to make your stay a good one. Yesmely, Araimi, Claudia, Daniella, Yeli, and Breno (even though he’s at a new resort now 😭) you guys are all great and can’t wait to see you soon. The food is okay, you will always find something to eat, you’re never going to bed hungry. The bar staff is amazing, not going to mention names because there’s a lot of you that deserve recognition but they’re all great. Room was always clean and the customer service staff was amazing. Especially Annelys after she went above and beyond to make my grandmothers 65th birthday a special one. Thank you Playa Paraiso and I will see you again soon!

We had another wonderful week at Playa Paraiso. It was my 5th and my daughter’s 6th visit. We consider this resort to be our home away from because of the amazing people who work there. We had lots to eat and drink, and the weather was absolutely perfect. We enjoyed everything the buffets and a la cartes had to offer, as well as the delicious pizza and tuna sandwiches. Cuba Day was spectacular as always. We couldn’t have hoped for a better time. I would like to thank everyone again who made our stay so perfect. The best entertainment team in the world, Daniela, Claudia, Yesmely, Yainel, Dulian, Calderon, Breno, Darri, Araimi, and Rafael. Thank you for working non stop from morning till night to make sure everyone is having a great time and for always welcoming us as family. Paraiso would not be the same without you! The lovely Lidianny, Yidsi and Zoe at the lobby bar who always have my cafe con leche ready and waiting with a warm smile and a friendly hola. The handsome gentlemen, Saoul, Daniel and Marcos, always smiling and ready with my cold cerveza. Thank you! Carlos, Dani and Luis at the pool bar. It was always so nice returning to our beautifully cleaned and decorated room after a day in the sun. Thank you Abdel for always having a chair for us by the cleanest, most well kept pool I’ve ever seen. Thank you Dayana at the front desk for always being there with a warm greeting and taking care of everyone. A very special thank you to Yordanis Rosado for always making sure our reservation requests were well taken care of, and for your kind attentiveness every time we visit. I’ve been to this resort 7 times now and everytime I come back it gets better!! The animation staff is the absolute best. Melly, Ary, Claudia, Breno, Rafael, Dari, Yelixa & Calderon are always so fun to be around and always make it a party!!! I always come back to see them and im already looking at new flights

We had such a great time at Playa Paraiso. We stayed for a week in March and had the best weather. The facilities are great, the pool large and the staff is exceptional. We saw entertainment most nights, and got to know some of the entertainment staff. Roberto, Dulian and Daniella were some of the most welcoming, friendly and helpful hotel staff I’ve ever met. I would return just to see them. The guys even dressed up for International Women’s Day! We went to the Cave nightclub twice which is an excursion I would highly recommend, along with Playa Pilar and Lenny’s Restaurant. My room was on the fourth floor of Building 1. Lovely king bed, powerful air conditioning and a great view. The coffee in the lobby was my favourite way to start each day. Can’t wait to come back next year!

Where do I start first of all te entertainment staff Meli Claudia and Arami unbelievably talented and just amazing interacting with my family once again . They make the vacation spectacular. The room was amazing in size and the features in it made the 11 night stay the best trip sofar to cayo coco playa paraiso. The customer service rep Annelys went above and beyond to make my mom's 65th birthday a memorable one forsure . Been to cuba 5 times and this resort 3 times I highly recommend this place to anyone thats planning a cayo coco vacation. See all you ladies soon . Remember not by but always see you soon

First time travelers, family trip. 4 adults, 2 teens. The staff are phenomenal, the grounds are beautiful, everything was very clean. There were some shortages but nothing we couldn't live without. No bread a few days, and ran out of eggs. We brought snacks for our room. No biggy. Beds were a little lumpy but we never expected pillow top mattress. Plenty of alcohol, they had pepsi the entire time we were there. I personally don't drink pop but my kids were appreciative of it. We took the hop on hop off bus to Playa Pilar which was gorgeous. Daily walks on the beach at Playa Pariso with my husband to watch the sun rise was spectacular. The Italian & Portuguese al a carts were wonderful. Special thanks to Danielys, Carlos, Danier for being absolutely wonderful. They absolutely made our trip memorable meeting them. We will absolutely return to this resort.
