The entire family/staff were excellent from the time we arrived to the time we departed. I can think of maybe 10 different things I asked them, and they fulfilled them with a smile. Honestly, having stayed at different hotels across Turkey, I can easily say that this property was our best experience. It's the people there who made it special. Family like home food and comfort of staying. I highly recommend this property to anyone who visits Cappadocia. Thank you Ali for your hospitality. My family and our children enjoyed the stay.

This hotel is the best. You can see the balloons and they come so close to the Hotel. I felt like family at this hotel. Everyone was nice and helpful. I can't wait to go back. This hotel is in an excellent location. The rooms are excellent and there is an underground cave.

Ali the wonderful owner greeted us early in the morning when checkin was not until 3pm. Breakfast was a feast and the hospitality was second to none. If you want a palatial suite at a reasonable price this should be your first choice. He gave such magnificent service it will be difficult to leave. Thank you Ali, thank you all the amazing staff and most of all may your rooms always be full.

It's an amazing place to stay. The rooms are brilliant, spacious, clean. I wonder how can they maintain the hotel so clean. The bedding, pillows are comfortable. Bathroom is spacious, hot water 24x7. Turkish bath in room. The breakfast is best I had in turkey. The bread is baked at home everyday, hence fresh and so soft. Loved it. The hosts are such wonderful people. I enjoyed many cups of tea with Ali and had wonderful conversations. They helped me arrange airport pick up and drop. Tours and balloon ride. 🎈 I had given up on balloon rides since the online rates were showing 300-350euros. But the Mr Ali (hotel owner) arranged it lot cheaper for me. The tours that he arrnaged were also lot cheaper than advertised online. He is an amazing human. I have seen him being helpful to many people. While I was waiting for my pick up to arrive, there was another driver who had come to pick up another guest, Ali offered him tea. It's the small things that make a big difference. I would really stay here each time.

Comfort, water pressure is good, heater is well function, room is clean with Turkish style and strategic place to watch hot air balloon. Friendly hotel boss to attend and assist to arrange and booking.

Very clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast is simple yet delicious. The owner and staff are extremely helpful. Ali and Mehmet helped us with our tour booking, he found us the best tour guide for our day trip. Highly recommended!

We had just hiked the Red and Rose Valley trails and it was starting to get hot. We needed a taxi back to our hotel 3 km away. Nothing was available and we stopped in and asked for assistance. The owner call a taxi for us and asked us to sit in the shade and his daughter served us cakes and tea. When our taxi arrived, I asked how much it would cost and he refused any money. He and his daughter treated us like family. The were genuine and sweet. The cakes and tea were great. The cakes had the perfect light sweetness.

From the moment we arrived until the last day in Cappadocia we were treated like family by the owner Ali and his family. This family-run hotel is located in Avanos which is a quieter part of the Cappadocia region.
We are a family of six and we received a room upgrade to accommodate us at no extra cost. Ali personally took us on a trip around the local places of interest, including the fairy chimneys and horse riding. His nephew, Mucahid, speaks really good English and is a tour guide. I encourage visitors to have a good chat with the family if you need ideas on what to see.
A particular highlight was the fabulous home-cooked breakfasts. There are generous portions which will keep you full until the evening.
We missed out on the balloon ride (we were here in early May) due to the weather. Be aware that rain and/or higher wind speeds will cancel balloon flights for all visitors. We are not too disappointed as it gives us an excuse to come back again!
