Mediteran Mobile Homes in Terme Catez

We came across these mobile homes and we saw it is quite new so we decided to book. Once we arrived to the camp we were accommodated by young staff who gave us a feeling of really being welcome here. Mobile houses are quite solid equipped and the resort itself is a paradise for kids. A lot of water slides, pools with hot water (all of them) and an amusement park for the time after pools close in the evening. We will come back for sure.

My recent stay in this mobile home was nothing short of phenomenal. The mobile home provided was wonderful, clean and spacious. The location of our mobile home was a highlight in itself. It was close to the pools but still in a calm and relaxing enviroment. I must also commend the impeccable equipment and amenities provided in the accommodation. Every detail seemed to have been carefully thought out. The staff was very polite, helpful and always available for all the questions. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better stay. This place truly exceeded my expectations in every way. If you're seeking a memorable getaway with all the comforts of home and more, look no further. My time here was simply exceptional.

It was great! The staff is always available, helping with everything. Pools are 2 minutes walk from the mobile homes, restaruants and markets max 5 minutes. House was very clean, fully equiped and also kitchen was great. The parking is 10 meters from the home so it was great for unpacking. See you again next year.

The staff was super awesome. We arrived after 8h of driving, they waited for us until 1 in the morning. The houses were clean, only wish we could have stayed for longer, but we had a booking for the following day. All in all would recommend it.

We came as family in the mid of floods. We have been told by the kind staff that it is safe and we can stay. Our car got stuck in water and the mud, nearby apartment n 27. It happened cuz I wanted to drop the family near the apartment. I called the emergency number asking for help , and they told me to calm down and wait until morning the floods will end, and I can move my van. At the 3 o’clock in the mornings the water rose up more and we were promptly evacuated . The emergency evacuation team was professionally efficient. We were transferred to nearby hotel free of charge. From here our the situation went even worse. I asked the reception team for help in calling rescue team or any possible option the pull my van. They gave me numbers but no body answered . From one staff officer to another they simply gave me numbers with no help . Told me to call the rental car, the insurance company ( rental cover ) the laters also denied any responsibility ( although in the contract the have also a responsibility). On Sunday, the camp staff told me you shouldn’t park where you’ve parked the car.. I explained them I did not park it there I simply wanted to avoid the water for my sleeping kids in the van , got stuck, called your emergency number for help ….and was informed by your staff to wait …and the above written story. On Sunday nobody is working even the emergency team ! Even in an extreme weather situation!!!! I asked them over and over to call rescue team to pull the car, and always been calmed down the water will go down and you can drive your car. In such a situation like that , where I have no place to stay no car to drive with , I decided to travel ( paid 160 euros ) to hotel in lublijana, rent another car for48 hrs ( from lublijana airport ). The terme catez team told me you cannot leave your car here!!! And keep your travel ! You have to stay here until your car is pulled up ! An you have ( or you insurance company) have to pay for that. The story is not solved yet! I intend to sue them all
