Emplacement peu reluisant en banlieue de Brescia mais très bon hôtel. Prix très raisonnable, télé équipée des services de streaming et climatisation. Bonus pour l'excellent petit-déjeuner.

There are a lot of bats around the property and smelling badly and the surrounding is very dirty. It is not easy to get that bad smell even in the rooms of the back side of the hotel. No chance for opening the windows in that side for fresh air.

There was quite a lot of traffic outside the hotel which was quite noisy in the rooms towards the road. The "fitness room" was poorly equipped and opening hours were inadequate. From 8 am to 9 pm. Too late opening and to early closing to cater my needs.

Excellent hotel just a few minutes from Brescia ... modern and functional structure. Parking inside.
No "excellence" but everything neat and clean. Perfect solution for Brescia and surroundings.
