We had a very enjoyable visit. The hotel is small - 35 rooms or so but did not disappoint. The Sauna includes a large panorama Sauna, a smaller indoor one and a dampfbad as well as lots of rest areas. The lobby had a bar and library with wood burning fireplace. There was an outdoor heated pool with access to the hotel. Fantastic views of the Alps and forests in every direction. Rooms were spacious and well appointed with Tyrolian decor. Staff was helpful and multilingual. Nice underground parking garage. The restaurant was really, really good (see separate review). Cars are only allowed up the mountain to check in and when leaving, not allowed otherwise and require a permit. A very nice way to spend a few days in the mountains with great food, Sauna and awesome views. Not much to do outside of Skiing and Sauna and eating.

Very nice location not far from Saltria, in a strategic position to reach multiple hiking paths and great for family entertainment (with a big playground and a nice wood nearby, which will make your kids happy). In the big restaurant, you can taste typical Tyrolean dishes, including an excellent bread and hazelnut soup, which is warmly recommended as a starter or main dish for a light meal. We also ordered some mushrooms tagliatelle (pasta), but realised they were made with sautéed onions instead of garlic (which is what you generally use in Italy when you cook mushrooms, as it better enhances their flavour).

We stayed in a new chalet 1752 with a beautiful view of the mountain peaks. The accommodation and restaurant are top of the range in the Dolomites. We enjoyed our holiday 200% and would like to return. The staff were amazingly helpful and accommodating. Thank you for the week long experience.

During our trip we ate there 2 times. The food was excellent. All together we tried almost every dish and each one of them was outstanding. We had an amazing waiter. His name was Moritz. He remembered us after the first time. He was very helpful, cheerful and reliable overall a great guy thanks to him we had a better experience. We strongly recommend the place. Moritz, thank You for the service.

This is the best place I have ever stayed in, it feels like I was part of the family! Food was amazing, we could get as much as we wanted and it was a high end restaurant quality dishes. Rooms was also great, wooden finishes, comfortable beds, pillows and blankets. Wooden bathtub, wood fireplace and sauna inside our suite. Public saunas were also relaxing and very unique, we spent every evening relaxing there. Another highlight was a witch trail that starts at children’s playground and allows you to explore nature. I will come back even if it takes me 18 hours by plane to get here! Thank you!

Inside a natural park (which I later discovered to be Unesco heritage) I discovered this beautiful hotel online for my summer vacation ... In fact it is a boutique hotel ... Rooms one different from the other (the manager of the hotel, the very kind Hannes, he made me browse the other types), with a very refined and particular style. The style of the wellness center is also very particular. And a beautiful hexagonal-sized hay sauna that was a cure-all for my rheumatism and various pains. I'll be back for sure

Hotel is characterized by high quality services. High identification of the employees with the goals and values of the owner family. Convincing range of services and guest-oriented expertise in all areas of the hotel. Perfect and professional cooperation between service crew and kitchen team. Kitchen knows how to present creations at a high level. Nimble, very attentive service crew with genuine (not "put on") friendliness/cheerfulness. Team is always eager to take care of the guests in the best possible way. Wellness area with exceptional character and designed with great attention to detail. Positive perception of integration and support of employees undergoing training. Price level: tends to be in the higher segment. However, due to the service profile, it is certainly acceptable. Overall rating: a place to which guests will gladly return.

Great hotel in a scenic location with amazing staff and service. Stand out points: - location and overall quality of the rooms - pool and playground area - staff availability towards kids (thanks to Jacqueline, Manuel, Evelyn and Sorina for being patient :) ) Areas to be improved: - our room was at the end of the building with no presence of WiFi signal - some dishes at the restaurant were not as per the expectations
