New but noisy!
Seems that investors wanted to create a very luxury a**osphere which has been truely achieved.
The problem in this place (6 apar**ents in this building by Casa XX who has apar**ents all over the city) is the location at most noisiest traffice conjuction in the city (center) and the non-existing noise isolution to other apar**ents: you can hear everything - if neighbours come home all night long, when they get up etc.
On top there is no reception, this place is managed by online registrations and whatsapp messages. Yes it could work but e.g. our toilet flush was runnig forever and they couldn't fix this (as this isnot a hotel who usually has technicians on board daily)
Not recommended at all!

Lovely one bedroomed apar**ent, very clean & tidy, bedroom is a good size & is conveniently located in the centre of town with free parking outside.

É uma cidade de distrito com vários monumentos e museus para ver. O que se lamenta é que centro é bastante velho com as poucas lojas que tem.
A pessoa tem que sair para os arredores e ver prédios novos, vivendas, comércios e centro comercial ai já tem mais vida e interesse.

Um horror apresentei queixa na policia.Nao utilizei a reserva pois atribuiram me um quarto diferente daquele que paguei e era impossivel dormir pois tinha um barulho ensurdecedor que vinha do exaustor. Tenho fotos e video ( que nao consigo postar) que o comprovam. O frigorifico nem abria a porta pois batia na cama. O arquiteto/ recececionista ofendeu me e foi extremamente grosseiro e mal educado. Para alem de mentir, mas como tenho testemunha que estava comigo e prints das chamadas contra fatos nao ha argumento. Ainda me disse "...voce é so de hoteis de 5 estrelas va la para esses hoteis nao venha para aqui...." Fiz queixa na policia e os advogados estao a tratar do reembolso de algo que nao usufrui e que o alojamento me cobrou. Eu trabalho com hotelaria e nunca permitiria a um empregado meu tratar assim os clientes. Vergonhoso

Apartamento largo e confortável minimalista, ideal para família com possibilidade de cozinhar e armazenar comida. Cuidado na higiene e manutenção. Localização premium. Almofadas abundantes, mas pouco confortáveis. Oferta de café por estadia, podia ser renovado diariamente.
