Modern (and I guess pretty new) hotel with big family room. Personnel was extremely professional and nice. Breakfast was very good with great products (of course cappuccino was perfect but also fresh fruit, great eggs with bacon, a lots of sweet choice). Can be a good place to stop to visit Modena. 2 trattorie are at walking distance (few meters from the hotel).

We enjoyed a delightful overnight stay here. The hotel is lovely and clean with big rooms. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming, the restaurant next door is lovely, we enjoyed a delicious evening meal there. Our breakfast was good with plenty of choices. Parking was safe and secure.

cascinale completamente ristrutturato comodo per Modena, Reggio Emilia ed altre località limitrofe. Ristrutturato elegantemente con linee pulite che incontrano il mio gusto. Camere spaziose, bel insonorizzate e climatizzate. Avrei dato anche cinque pallini, ma alcune cose non mi tornano, sembra un figlio non desiderato. È tutto molto impersonale, peccato. Il letto matrimoniale è composto da due lettini e materassi singoli senza nemmeno una “giunta” per non fare avvertire il dosso; i materassi sono molto rigidi (a me piacciono, ma sono in minoranza su questo); non c’è un bollitore in camera, ormai un must più che un optional. La colazione è ancora servita dallo Staff protetto dal plexiglas: è una scelta interessante malgrado sia finita l’emergenza. La scelta è di ottima qualità anche se senza concessione ai localismi (speck anziché prosciutto di Parma in queste zone è un reato!). Personale di Sala super: cortese e professionale. Reception in accoglienza molto approssimativa e distratta, in check out corretta per il luogo. Con pochi dettagli potrebbe essere veramente outstanding. Parcheggio, tranquillità, da provare. Leverei la pubblicità della pizzeria da asporto in camera…

Sono stata in questa struttura solo per una notte, ho incontrato personale gentile e qualificato, la struttura pulita e la colazione molto buona. L'unica nota dolente è che essendo un po isolata non è raggiuta da mezzi di trasporto (tranne taxi) e quindi è indispensabile l'auto. Peccato perchè non è affatto male.

Un hôtel qui remplit les fonctions qu'on lui demande, c'est-à-dire propre, fonctionnel, pratique et agréable, avec du personnel souriant, pour un petit séjour dans la région. Pas d'âme particulière (dommage car l'extérieur du bâtiment est intéressant architecturalement), un bar agréable, des petits-déjeuners corrects mais sans fantaisie servis dans une salle trop chaude et sans doutes trop fonctionnelle. Un grand parking et une chambre spacieuse (mais une douche étonnamment minuscule), bref un endroit recommandable au bon rapport qualité-prix pour une étape de 2-3 jours en Emilie Romagne. Dommage qu'il n'y a pas de piscine, ce serait un petit plus bienvenu.

Dieses Hotel ist sehr schön und modern. Das Bett ist sehr bequem und die Juniorsuite gross. Das Morgenessen ist auch gut. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Wir waren sehr überrascht über dieses super und schönes Hotel in einer Durchgangsstrasse.

Ho soggiornato solo una notte in questo albergo per il Modena play li vicino, la reception è stata molto cortese nel fare il check in e spiegandoci gli orari della colazione, le stanze ecc. La nostra era una matrimoniale Classic, camera pulita, il letto un po' scomodo essendo il materasso leggermente duro. Bagno spazioso e pulito con molti asciugamani, io con la doccia non ho avuto particolari problemi ma il mio fidanzato si, visto che non c'è una doccetta grande ma un doccino un po' particolare ha rischiato di allargare il bagno. Stanza con climatizzatore un po' rumoroso infatti la notte ho dovuto spegnerlo, e il mattino si sentivano un po' di rumori provenienti dal corridoio, quindi le stanze andrebbero insonorizzate un po' meglio. Colazione a buffet così così non era molto ricco... I cornetti così come i muffin andrebbero presi più grandi visto che erano molto piccoli, poca scelta di torte solo due tipi con assenza di crostate, ciambelle e ciambelloni anche di paste non c'era quasi nulla, niente saccottini o biscotti, quindi colazione da rivedere. Nel complesso quindi 3 stelle notte tranquilla ma piccoli appunti per migliorare.

Ci siamo stati nella notte tra il 10 e l'11 novembre che richiedeva la nostra presenza in loco, in questa struttura sita nel comune di Salvaterra ai bordi della provinciale, bella struttura, pulita e ordinata, ottima la colazione e personale molto disponibile ed educato
