There are no blankets in the room. Stuffy air in hall and room until AC is turned on. Shower water temperature inconsistent. (no pressure balancing). Mosquitoes in dining room. Poor wifi reception. Slippery bathtub. Room # marked on key card. Restaurant used saucer to served dessert pastry not plates. Saucer are for cups. Cellular reception very poor.

Terrible Hotel, we were refused a cancellation, we could not stay due to the state of the Pool and Hotel facilities, dark, musty, cigarette stench and mouldy windows. Pool was a disgrace, water was green, and weeds were knee high, fake photo and actual photo are attached.

Struttura bellissima e molto grande, hall scenografica e le camere sono spaziose, pulite e molto confortevoli. Buona e con ampia scelta la colazione, anche il personale è molto gentile. L'unica pecca: la moquette anni 80, troppo antica e ritrovo di polvere ed acari. L'hotel è talmente grande e dispersivo che in alcuni punti sembra abbandonato, andrebbero fatti anche alcuni interventi di manutenzione.

Con il primo soggiorno la porta di accesso alla camera non si apriva,interviene personale, camera non pulita e ordinata.
Secondo soggiorno una sola coperta per 2 letti separati. Il personale alle ore 23,00 comunica di essere solo 1 persona; comunica che richiama; mai richiamato e notte senza coperta.in bagno non funziona estrazione aria. Albergo sporco e relativi corridoi. Colazione personale gentile e buon cibo.
