Hotel is going through a remodel, so tough to rate Condition of facility. All in all, a great place to stay. Looking forward to the outcome of the remodel.

Perfect for flying out of Grand Rapids airport. Free shuttle brought us to airport at 430am for early departure and picked us up within 10 minutes upon return a week later at midnight. Beds are comfortable. Rooms are spacious. Free breakfast and coffee were good.

I loved staying at this hotel! The front desk staff were friendly and helped me order a shuttle to the airport. I have never seen floors shine in a public place like this hotel’s did! My room was huge and very comfortable! I will definitely stay here again!

I loved my stay at this hotel in Grand Rapids, MI. The room was excellent with a great bedroom, bathroom with shower, vanity, and a couple a couch. The check in process was easy, and I so appreciate the airport shuttle service and got breakfast.
My only qualm is the lack of gluten free foods in the little snack kiosk. I arrived after 7pm. The airport had no restaurants open, and there was no restaurants nearby to get food. The snack kiosk had some frozen meals, but all of them had gluten. My friend who also stayed there is celiac. I resorted to eating a granola bar for dinner. After almost 12 hrs of travel I had hoped to eat a meal. However breakfast was good, and I am thankful for my stay.
