This hotel has the best staff I have ever had the pleasure of meeting in hotels. They can't do enough for you. Friendly and helpful. (We forgot our plug 3 pin) they kindly lent 1 to us for our stay. The rooms are spotlessly clean, very basic but comfortable. Breakfast is continental. The pastry was delicious. The pools were cleaned daily, we used all of them. From the heated mineral pool to the spring spa pools, all were well equipped with chairs around them. The hotel provide a shuttle service to the beach, however a bus service is right outside the hotel if you wanted to explore further. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely book again.

Nice hotel .the relax was the best option.beautiful swimming pools and One of them was under the trees ...so fresh.there Is the possibility to visit the Island because of the transfer buses. The room was comfortable and the view of Lacco Ameno was Amazing.

Sono 12 anni che soggiorniamo nel mese di giugno presso l’Hotel “La Pergola” abbiamo sempre apprezzato la cortesia e la gentilezza sia del personale che dei proprietari i quali sono sempre molto disponibili e pronti a soddisfare ogni necessità degli ospiti. Inoltre segnalo che la pulizia delle camere è eccellente, la cucina è ottima, con prodotti a Km 0. L’Hotel gode di una vista mare incantevole , con un bellissimo parco verde tra limoni e fiori. Questo paradiso lo consiglierei a tutti quelli che vogliono riposarsi in mezzo alla natura .

Situata in montagna, tutti molto accoglienti, gentili. Si mangia bene. Gli ambienti sono puliti, le piscine. Se ristruttura è non plus ultra. C'è la volontà di accontentare il cliente, ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

Ben strutturato con staff sempre disponibile e gentile, comode piscine, menù vario e gradevole. Consigliato per famiglie con bambini. Da qui è facile spostarsi in tutta l’isola con la propria macchina o con le navette messe a disposizione dall’hotel. Camere pulite.

Posto curato, pulito, confortevole in tutto, cibo ottimo, personale attento e disponibile. ACCOGLIENZA: gentilezza che va oltre la classica cortesia. V'è la cura dell'ospite, l'andare incontro ad ogni più piccola esigenza, dedizione, e tanti sorrisi. Consigliatissimo!

Abbiamo soggiornato 13 notti in una location fantastica , ringraziamo il personale per averci riservato l’attenzione di una camera confortevole e con una bellissima vista. L’ambiente sempre super pulito, il personale sempre gentilissimo. Tutto ciò ha reso il nostro soggiorno indimenticabile e non posso fare altro che raccomandare questo hotel. Grazie a tutto lo staff.
