Perfect in almost every sense. We travelled back from Ancona to the UK and the location, just off the Autostrade, is ideal & much more convenient than Reggio Emilia where we have stayed on the same journey for the last 15 years ! The large secure parking area is a real benefit when travelling with a boat trailer. All staff are very helpful & welcoming and the rooms spacious and very clean..We enjoyed dinner in the hotel which was good quality & value. The buffet breakfast has a fair selection too . We have just booked for our trip next July

Hotel was above our expectations. At the time we checked in, very pleasant gentleman greeted us and went above and beyond to provide us with information and to accommodate us with best option for our big family with small children.
Next morning - a lady at the front desk, was a little bit unwelcoming. We requested an iron and ironing board and it took several attempts and 1.5h later we got it. Then at the check out time, same lady was giving us a hard time about one of the card keys that my daughter accidentally left in the room. Front desk lady repeatedly mentioned that it would be better if we had returned the key. Several apologies from us didn’t release the situation..which at the end gave us impression that she cared about the plastic card more than the customer.

I have used this hotel a few times when travelling to or from Ancona or Bari between Greece and the U.K. The hotel is very nice and welcoming with good facilities and a restaurant on site which is very nice. Very close to motorway exit and perfect for a relaxed stopover.

Always a good spot to stay, close to the motorway, dog-friendly, parking immediately outside your door (for a small extra fee), very large rooms, friendly service, lovely food and wine. Would be great to have a coffee machine in the room for an early morning coffee!
