This is a great place. The only concern I had was the fact that i was charged more due to my daughter not associated in the original booking even though we reserve for a suite with more than enough room for the 3 of us.

It is great to have access to all the amenities at Sofitel Santa Clara at a lower cost. Nice spacious rooms.
Tea / coffee in the room can be improved (no tea; no milk for coffee)

It’s my fourth time this year in this property
I honestly cannot get enough
NOTHING compares to the service here
You feel beyond royalty with a lovely warmth of beautiful people always smiling , always kind.
Yes, the I installation is impeccable & beautiful and Cartagena is beyond magical but it’s the AMAZING staff of Santa Clara that makes this the most amazing location in the world (to me). The list of outstanding individuals is too lengthy so only some of the perfect staff : Jimmy (el mejor botones del mundo), Adris, Adi, Jose (both), Alexander, Alexandre, Yurainis, Séñor Herrera (main entrance), Jose (both) , Andres (customer service), Luis, María José (jefe), Jesús (maître) and many more!

Nice spot but hotel had no amenities- everything is at sofite. You are basically paying to stay at Santa Clara sofitel
