The hotel is a luxury hotel, the kind of hotel you can disconnect and connect to the nature, explore the wildness!
Tree bungalow house is amazing, is like heaven yo be there!
Everything in the hotel is good quality, also price is high for everything.

The absolute perfect day lace for relaxing. The staff was courteous and attended to our every need and the views is absolutely breathtaking! The food at the restaurant was also delicious.

Living in a bungalow in the treetops overlooking a jungle was unique. Also loved the beautiful isolated beach on the Caribbean, the delicious breakfast and setting on the water.

It was nice but there were a few things that frustrated. Food and drinks were 2/3x more expensive than anywhere else we had been in Colombia which was frustrating as you had to eat there and the quality wasn’t 2/3x better. They said they have 3 restaurants but really there is only one. They seemed to deliberately force you into buying water which again frustrating at £5 for a small bottle of water. Some of the facilities were quite run down and not in keeping with the standard of the hotel. The main pool was weirdly placed making it essentially unusable. On the island you couldn’t order food to the beach and had to sit in a very dark empty restaurant to eat and finally the lack of music in the communal spaces feel very flat and slightly awkward

Good hotel. water in the private pool needs to be clean, its just sea water filled in a pool. Great dining options.. v convenient boatride to the private island from the main resort.
Every little thing other than the room was just an add-on expense which was a bit weird, but at least the service was good.
The room itself was amazing and the views were stunning
