這個酒店不是一般的差！全世界住過這麼多酒店，這家的服務態度、衞生條件，和性價比是我見過最糟糕的。電話給前台和禮兵服務打很多遍都接不通，晚上洗澡還停電好幾次，整個房間全黑。打電話問解釋，前台愛理不理。陽台根本就沒有圖片裏説的那麼大，給我們安排的是靠邊的三角形小陽台。陽台玻璃還很臟，住一天就開始皮膚過敏。本來訂了4晚，衹住了一晚。實在受不了。早上的早餐也很糟糕，人很多，連座位都沒有，最後還要和別人合坐一桌。這個酒店員工大多英文都不好，溝通比較困難。

Charged me excess for amenities I were told were exclusive to me. However other parties in the hotel were able to freely use them without paying for them. When I inquired about said amenities, nothing was done to fix the issue.

We found the food excellent. We took full advantage of the free room service and found it great. The only issue we had was with our transportation reservation with a mini van given we were a group of 6. Both times the reservation was lost but the concierge and ground people at the airport were excellent to correct the issue. From the outside looking in it appears they need a better reservation system that contacts the mini van company a head of time. Back to positive the service at the pool was exquisite. I walked to the bar a total two times. The other hundred times we were served promptly, accurately and with a smile. Overall a great vacation and highly recommend this location.

I didn’t like how far it is from the walled city. Also the tablet to order room service in the room was down for 2 days and could be fixed because it was a weekend and techs don’t work on weekends. There should be a cheaper form of transportation because paying 70.000 for a cab to the walled city is kind of expensive.

Everything was filthy. Mold in the bathroom. They have cats by the bar and where you eat outside. Two cats literally jumped in my food. I’m highly allergic to cats. My friend as well. She ended up leaving after the second day. The managers acted as if they didn’t know they had cats. Food is bland. There’s barely any hot water. Beds were dirty! Just stay away.
