The Starlite Inn

The staff members are so welcoming and the room is so clean and comfortable. All this right on the beach - what more can you ask for?

We went to Carolina Beach for a weekend getaway. We had an amazing time . Starlite Inn was a perfect choice. The staff were extremely nice and polite. The hotel was walking distance to everything and right across from the beach access. We cannot wait to stay again.

This was definitely a no-frills budget friendly option at the beach. The room is small and the bathroom is tiny. I would not recommend for more than 2 adults. Parking was free. Great location though! Staff was nice. The room was clean and tidy which was most important to me. Bed bugs are on the rise so I love that they have taken all the precautions such as mattress covers and not having headboards. This gave me piece of mind.

I LOVED staying at the Starlite Inn! The management is great at communication - they gave me all the info I needed for an easy check-in and check-out, and checked with me over the weekend by text a few times just to make sure I didn't need anything - super responsive. The room was so cute and just perfect for what I needed, and the parking felt safe and was easily accessible. The location is great - right across the street from the Carolina Beach Boardwalk, so very easy access to the beach and other restaurants and shopping. My only recommendation would be to bring earplugs for sleeping, because this hotel is in the middle of a very popular area, and there were a lot of people out and about on Saturday night. I would absolutely stay at the Starlite Inn again, and I highly recommend them!

This place is cute! It’s newly remodeled the room was on the smaller side but perfect for a few days at the beach. It’s completely contactless which some may not like. Check in was via phone, all contact for services or needs were via text. We didn’t have to interact with anyone. The staff we did see were friendly and always asked how we were. It was across from the boardwalk and everything was in walking distance. I’d definitely stay again!

We just came in the room, we found roaches dead I called the team from the starllite and the answer we can not send maintenance people to pick some roaches, he told us we will give you a refund $100, he said “we sprayed for roaches”the point was stay with my wife the weekend, well,Saturday morning we left,because at night I saw a couple of roaches in the bathroom. My opinion the room was not clean and carpet not vacuumed It is very sad because is my second time and I recommended this hotel to my friends After spray for roaches they never came back to cleaned.

Our stay was amazing from check in to check out. We were getting married and the hotel gave us a nice gift and accommodated everything we asked. Would definitely stay again.

This property is in the heart of Carolina Beach and most locations for supplies, restaurants, and of course the beach are well within walking distance for almost anyone. Staff was more than friendly and helpful. My sister and I loved sitting on the balcony at night (we love to watch people), our only suggestion is a small table be available to sit outside to put drinks on. Other than that it was perfect for us.

Great location, small but efficient and clean. Refrigerator and water provided.
