Not coming back .. dirty room and rude staff , old rooms and old bed

來聖地亞哥第一晚入住，孩子們被濃濃樂高氛圍環繞，真是興奮不已疲勞困倦全消。裏裡外外整個設計構思巧妙，小朋友不僅大開眼界，還能實際感受各種難得的沉浸式體驗。假期好開端，贊！🌹😊

This hotel has it all and when I say all, I mean all the fun in this hotel, it is a very nice themed hotel for children, it is nice, comfortable and safe for them, I loved it in every way, I also want to mention Jorge Ignacio who is a very funny person, he behaved very kindly with us and helped us to find a clue to the treasure box that was in our room because we did not understand the keys and so one of them was the painting of the chefs, that treasure box was very fun to open the excitement of the children wooouuuu, in general everything is wonderful about this hotel.

LEGOLAND HOTEL LO MAXIMO, I stayed with my family for 2 nights and really the rooms are great the decor and the carpets with the same theme of friends is great, the breakfast is good maybe you have to wait a bit for the line but overall is very good, you can enjoy the playground assembling legos children and adults is something that personally I love a lot has a boat and upstairs lobby decorations of airplanes and balloons is beautiful, also your staff is very friendly Jorge Ignacio gave us lego badges and explained where was the check in for the restaurant which is somewhat confusing but your friendly staff solves the problem thanks Jorge Ignacio good job overall I liked the hotel and the friendliness of the staff.

It was our best experience. And our son was thrilled. The park is amazing, the hotel is wonderful and the staff is very friendly. Legoland is a place that every child (and adult too) has to go at least once in their life!!! I take a paragraph to give a special thanks to Jorge Ignacio who made our day fantastic with his great work

this hotel has great potential the architecture the lego themes really is something incredible the rooms are very nice my daughter loved the room the staff is very friendly and the cost range I could say is medium the accessibility to the park is a great advantage is a very good hotel in every way and I want to take and give a gratification to Jorge Ignacio who we met in this hotel very friendly person with a vocation of service that made part of our stay here very good

Yesterday was our last day at the hotel, the three days we stayed we had a great time! We love the park, the food and the cleaning staff!! Wow what a great job! THANK YOU Pablo S for the badges and cleaning up my kids' mess in the play area LOL! We will definitely return next year!!

There’s fun around every corner at this hotel! From the WELCOME letters held by LEGO characters spread along the entrance drive to the party elevators to the themed rooms to the Lego filled play pools to the treasure hunt combo box in our hotel room (the list goes on and not to mention the amazing Legoland park itself) our kiddos loved every moment. Even the room service was phenomenal where Samira A (our housekeeper) tidied everything up for us and left us a kind note. Samira A did such a good job that I’m writing this review mostly to say THANK YOU SAMIRA A AND THE LEGOLAND HOTEL STAFF FOR MAKING OUR STAY WONDERFULLY MEMORABLE!
