Room was ok. But wifi was not working. Even after complaining they didn't made it right. Room space & washroom is very small. Also we need to buy coffee separately. Overall it was an ok stay

位置離火車站步行十幾分鍾，房間非常小，早餐一人8鎊5,房間內居然沒有吹風機，不過房價真的好低，所以性價比還是很高的。

The room we stayed in had a broken room light, headboard lights and the card reader entry system was very difficult accepting entry - basically it was hit and miss if it let you in. On the positive side, the staff were all very friendly, and the continental breakfast was good value. Also well located to get to the City Centre by foot.

Amazing place just need bigger tvs and baths

The service and hospitality of staff is amazing! I know its a budget hotel but my god the beds are like cement. Theyre so hard and uncomfortable. Both me and my partner have sore backs from the stay. The cover is very thin and the bedding is bigger than the actual cover leaving you with thin fabric in many places. If youre a fairly new couple that is not 100% comfortable with each other, avoid. You can hear everyones business on the toilets as theres barely room to turn around in there. We also had a loud group in the hallway that was laying on the hallway floor at midnight. Screaming, laughing and calling their friends. Was 8 of them in the opposite room and could hear everything.

Great location and parking available via Just Park. Comfortable, clean and hot shower. Managed to forget a couple of items upon departure which were found by the hotel staff and was easy to arrange their safe return. Great stay for our visit to Cardiff

Nothing wrong with the property but trying to get access to it and the issues with parking was a problem in trying to get to the hotel.

Short walking distance to shops and restaurants.Great location

The room was warm, functional and secure but I did notice some damage from previous use & debris in the shower extraction vent. I probably will be rebooking this hotel again though as the staff were friendly & helpful & it is a good price for what I got. I did think about going to argos for a little kettle so I could've had a cuppa before bed, or when I first woke up as there wasn't one in the room.

No tea and coffee making facilities there anymore was disappointed with that
