This motel was close to the event we were attending so was perfect for our purpose. The room was clean, the staff were friendly and the beds were comfortable.

Beautiful spacious room, very clean and comfortable. Close to a lot of shops and restaurants/cafes. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Highly recommended this property if you are planning to visit Cardiff

I travel a lot for business all over Australia, and generally stay in chain hotels to improve my chance of having a positive experience. I was a bit nervous staying at this motel, but I was overall blown away by the quality. The room was large, and very clean and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable with lots of pillow options. The mini bar was stocked, which is now becoming rare even at high end places, and there was lots of little touches. For example, I find that often at motels the install 'daylight' bulbs or florescent tubes. It's like staying in a supermarket. This hotel has installed lots of reading lights with warm white bulbs, but also given the option of ceiling lights with bright white. It's a small thing, but when I am working late... It's an important touch. They also have subscribed to every Foxtel (cable) package. Wonderful stay... Highly recommend.

On arrival they had our rooms mixed up. They then started to get frustrated with me because I wouldn’t keep the room( i needed an extra bed for my daughter. ) then the owner went off because the children put water on the floor
I think the owners need to retire, very unpleasant service made me feel unwelcomed and uncomfortable. Would not recommend at all

Would’ve given all stars except for no breakfast available on Saturday and Sunday which was inconvenient for elderly travellers otherwise excellent value for money!

Good size room that was nice and clean, quick and easy check in, well maintained property with easy parking. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if I am in the area.
