Las camas parecían tendidas por un niño de 5 años, totalmente arrugadas, nos sorprendió!!!! la tapa del inodoro fuera de lugar, al igual que la flor de la ducha. El desayuno no es completo y las tazas muy pequeñas

La Habitación es justa no le falta ni le sobra nada. Muy limpio baño y habitación pasillo con olor a humedad. Ascensor muy lento con mucha espera sobre todos primera hora. El desayuno con tazas de café pequeñas y mejorable la calidad de alimentos La cochera incómoda La ubicación muy cómoda

Muy linda experiencia, primera vez que me hospedo en la.cadena hotelera Ameriam y quede muy a gusto, muy buenos tratos, muy buen servicio, realmente volvería a gustar de su hotel, los precios muy accesibles

Al llegar no encontrás el hotel, se cayeron las letras del cartel. Quedan la I y una A. La habitación es diferente a la imagen promocional. La cama está casi pegada a la ventana, pasás de costado, y no tiene velador de ese lado. Al preguntar me dijeron que todas las habitaciones del 2do piso son así. No hay cafetera en el cuarto. Era domingo. Todo cerrado en la zona. Pedí tomar algo caliente. No funciona nada en el hotel los domingos. No lo dice la página web. El personal de recepción no soluciona nada. El desayuno pésimo los dos días que estuve. Productos viejos... y dicen que son 4 estrellas. Muy decepcionada

Muy buena opción, cómoda ubicación. Las habitaciones son confortables, bien desayuno. Excelente disposición del personal por facilitar nuestra estadía, destacó la calidez y ayuda de Sofia que nos facilitó información para visitar la cuidad.
