This was my third visit to Ashby Manor but definitely not the last! Individually designed rooms, beautiful views on first and second floors, eclectic artwork and furniture, great amenities in the rooms, fridge, kettle, tea, coffee. Very comfortable beds, and very warm and friendly staff.

Great old villa with a number of rooms. filled with quirky, colourful art in every corner. Good neighbourhood and good security, still close to everything happening in Sea Point and the rest of Cape Town.

The room was clean and spacious. We were 3 staying in the room and it was spacious and comfortable. The balcony is an extra bonus as we could have a cup of tea in the fresh sea air while enjoying the view.. The staff were all friendly. We arrived earlier than expected and our room was ready for us. Ashby Manor is well located and we will definitely stay again.

I had a lovely stay at Ashby manor. My room had a balcony overlooking the sea. The staff were very warm and welcoming and I felt safe as a lone female traveller. its a great location for the beaches...a quiet peaceful area. I would highly recommend Ashby manor. Wonderful views and Liesel is a super host.

We had a great weekend. Beautiful views and comfortable room. Service was excellent, we were able to get hold of the host any time on WhatsApp. The place is close to shops and beachfront. Everything was close by.

The management and staff at This old character home were wonderful, so nice and accommodating and welcoming. Location was good, safe area, close to shops and Cafe at Seaside mall. Easy access to the waterfront mall and other key attractions and beaches. I'd stay again and recommend Ashby.

The place is nice and cosy, beautifully decorated inside the room and hallways. The staff were lovely and kind and very attentive to our needs. The customer service was amazing throughout the stay, with regular checkins to see what we may need, including recommendations for things to do during our stay, as well as airport transfers. We had a great time at Ashby Manor.
