This place does not exist, it is a SCAM. I got to the supposed address and I was told by the locals that this place DOES NOT EXIST and that others had asked about this place and had subsequently also been scammed out of their money. Luckily I had only booked one night, so i only lost the amount for that. Don't book it unless you want to lose your money.
