大家一定要來住！酒店老闆太熱心了！一開始自助辦理入住機器的城市税顯示錯了；老闆免了我們的城市税並送我們一瓶當地的白葡萄酒！
後來退房手機丟了；老闆第一時間幫我們保管好手機；但是有一點，辦理入住是自助的；所以要提前跟攜程客服要預約單號；不然進不去酒店；

last min stay at this self check in hotel was great, we missed our last train back to lauterbrunnen and this was near the train station. simple and comfy. had everything necessary even including a hearty breakfast. easy to contact the front desk even after weee hours for assistance. food hot shower bed and room was spacious and great.

Not too far from Brig station, 13 min. Close to schloss park perfect view, nice room, old style. Overall r good.

We got there at 9.30 p.m. while it was raining and the self check-in didn't work! Nobody was around and we had to manage to call the hotel emergency number and enter the hotel with help from remote through the phone. When we finally got into the small room we wanted to take a shower and we find out that there was no hot water!! At least the morning view of the castle was good..

有個7點多直達威尼斯的班子 所以選擇在這裏過渡一夜
酒店員工都非常熱情
和前台説要敢早的火車 幫我們準備了brunch package
三星的設施hmmm 窗簾衹有白紗 晚上睡覺很亮
沒有供暖 後面拿了取暖器給我們 服務好的沒話説
